I have been their customer for 2 years and there were some issues with speed and connection but real problems started when I requested switch. T4U terminated my contract leaving me without broadband for 3 weeks. Well I still don't have new one as they haven't cancelled my line with City Fibre correctly. On a top of that they changed me another direct debit on 2nd September. I've called them, they said it was by mistake (again!) and that I'll get my money back. I still haven't received it, nor refund for credit note they issued on 27th August. I have raised formal complaints on 1st September but nobody responded to it. I definitely won't use this company anymore.

I am very disappointed. Ordered their service on 4 th September, received the router on 9th September. And still dont have an Internet at home, still waiting for activation.
I contacted them few times, and they say wait please.
Wait but how long , up to next year maybe.
Don't recommend them at all.
I can't do anything without Internet.

Hi the customer service person her name was Jenna she was so polite didn't leave me on hold long when she had to try to resolve my issue and she did so she was polite well mannered and really done everything to sort what I needed and she certainly did that I can not thank her enough to be honest should have more customer service advisers like her 100 percent satifyed and would be extremely happy if I got her for any issue I needed sorting in the future my opinion she u need to keep gold off her she is a amazing asset to this company x😀

Simple and easy switch to 4thUtility. I spoke to Callum who provided great customer service, as he listened to my concerns and answered my questions clearly. Thank you!

I rang the customer support and got talking with Arshad. He was patient and calmly put me through on how to navigate my network issues. Took me a while to figure it out but he stayed on the phone with me and patiently worked me through it.

Jon was lovely and he was very patient to go through the process of getting my connection, from setting my router to resetting password. Hopefully the internet won’t disappoint.

I had a call from Benjamin regarding my service. I had a question regarding setting up my own equipment, which he was able to answer and sent over the relevant information via email to ensure I had the proper answer in writing.

The general service from the company has been good, with a stable connection, although the router provided isn't the greatest, which is whatt query was regarding.

Olu was amazing, he made it quick and easy to renew my WiFi contact. He also helped me to resolve a problem I was having with my WiFi dropping out. He was very friendly and bubbly and couldn't do more to help me out ☺️

Benjamin called, he was friendly and no jargon. Straight to business, told me what the best offer was and reduced the price. Cant fault him.
Broadband prices are ridiculously high across the board and most if not all providers hike the prices up in March which is annoying.

Kay was very clear, concise and respectful of my requirements.
Left me with no concerns about my choice of broadband provider. Now it’s up to 4th utility to continue with the standard that Kay provided.
