Jay/Jamie Y was great to talk to during my call with him. Answered all the questions I had and explained all the steps for setting up internet in my new home.

Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my new contract for my house move sorted with no issues at all.

Had issues trying to set my new internet box out and got the problem sorted by a lady called Sara. Great customer service.

Customer service offered was good and agent had a good knowledge of the products and services on offer. Overall service was satisfactory.

Extremely poor customer service.
Needed to close my account as I was moving house (and only had a monthly contract).
After multiple calls to close my account, I was still charged for monthly services. Spoke to Customer services and they credited my account to zero and assured me all was closed.
A few months later, they continued to raise new monthly invoices to my account and started threatening to suspend services (which they weren't even providing) and take legal action.
Multiple calls later, hours spent on hold and many promises that it had been sorted and emails would be sent to confirm, I'm still in the same position over a year after closing my account!

Absolutely terrible company - don't use!

Really helpful and got an engineer appointment quickly

I have been their customer for 2 years and there were some issues with speed and connection but real problems started when I requested switch. T4U terminated my contract leaving me without broadband for 3 weeks. Well I still don't have new one as they haven't cancelled my line with City Fibre correctly. On a top of that they changed me another direct debit on 2nd September. I've called them, they said it was by mistake (again!) and that I'll get my money back. I still haven't received it, nor refund for credit note they issued on 27th August. I have raised formal complaints on 1st September but nobody responded to it. I definitely won't use this company anymore.
