Such fast delivery
Such fast delivery, I ordered at 12.50 on Tuesday and received the delivery at 13.30 on the Wednesday. Really gorgeous 1/4 zip, I love it!

Terrible experience returning an item…
Terrible experience returning an item to this company from the UK. EU custom charges along with delivery cost back to Ireland cost me £28, nearly the cost of the £35 jumper I ordered! Unfortunately won’t be ordering from them again.
Update: 4th Arq have now refunded my original delivery charge (£5) and offered to pay the custom cost (£16).

Return price / sizing
Jumper much smaller in size that other XXL- went to return from north of Ireland and only way to return is through post office and it costs £14.40 to return to the south of Ireland

The sizes seem to run big
The sizes seem to run big, the sleeves long?
My order was size xs, but the size is BIG.
I will hold on to it as I could not be bothered sending it back.
I am going to have the sleeves turned up. They are hanging over my hand!!!😒

Fast delivery, excellent fleece washes well, wears well looks good after 1 year i have 6 off these have reordered new colours this year.

Unable to fulfill the order 2 weeks after I placed it
Ive ordered from this company probably 8 times in the last year. Ive set alarms and bought items from the last 3 kids launches. I set an alarm on my holiday to secure jumpers for my son as he loves them over 2 weeks waiting on a response or update. My sister ordered the same day to the same address and got hers in 3 days. After I eventually got an email to say the order was shipped and on the way when it arrived it was short one jumper. I then got an email confirming a refund. Nothing to tell me it was going to be short. Lucky to get a response in a timely manner from the help email address
