Very poor customer service. I sent an email in August & September and again in October before finally getting a response to my complaint. I bought the Orange classic hoodie & it completely faded after 2 washes despite being washed at 30°c inside out. I sent photos but they couldn’t open them so had to send them again more than once. Finally got a response yesterday when they could see the photos saying:
“ Our team has reviewed the images, and there does not appear to be a significant amount of colour loss. As with any garment made using dyed fabrics, some fading can naturally occur over time, particularly with washing and regular wear. This can vary depending on the colour, fabric and washing conditions.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your understanding.”

This is not normal washing & regular wear. The hoodie was washed twice at 30°c !!! And worn 3 times. I am all for shopping locally supporting Irish but I do not recommend buying here. Especially not the classic hoodies. I have other jumpers from here in the past & all are still perfectly fine.
Customer care is nonexistent unfortunately.

I definetly would not purchase the new “classic hoodie” €65 and the material is so thin and extremely cheap feel to it aswell

I ordered 2 kids jumpers and I placed the order twice by accident paying 14 euro for delivery. Having to return the second order I had to pay a further 5 euro for returns i sent emails I sent messages on Instagram that were seen but not responded too. Very unhelpful and the quality of the jumpers is just ok. I think this company seems to just focus on blogging and ads from other bloggers as far as I can see from there content.

I ordered the Claudia Coastal half zip for a birthday gift. As soon as I opened the packaging I noticed the item was stained in two places so I contacted customer service straight away and asked for a replacement. They couldn’t offer a replacement due to stock shortages so I returned the item. The customer service is shocking, I had to follow up multiple times for a refund. Since it was a damaged item, I was entitled to a refund for the cost to return the item also, they never refunded me the price of this despite multiple follow ups and inclusion of receipt. I would avoid this company at all costs, I received stained items from this company twice and I will never purchase off them again due to the terrible customer service and bad quality items. They just ignore emails. I am considering reporting them to CCPC as it seems that others have had similar experiences.

I absolutely adore all of my edit row pieces. They wash so well and the delivery is fantastic. I have so many different styles and have never had an issues with any of them. Can’t wait for the next drop!!

Fantastic company, customer service response was fast and efficient.

Recently purchased the mint green hoodie, have an issue with stains not washing out in the wash. Reported the issue to Edit Row however they deem it not to be an issue with garment defect and suggest it may have happened during or after washing which was not the case, Very disappointed with customer care, certainly would not recommend buying this particular colour as you may be left with a garnet full of stains.

Have to wait 10 days for a refund after sending back my jumper over two weeks ago! The customer service is absolutely shocking! No reply to any of my emails or messages that were sent!

I bought two items, first time was a jumper and had no issues at all, but the second time I purchased a jumper and it came clearly worn with hairs all over the jumper and just thrown in a ball back into packaging which had something spilled on it. I contacted customer service to question what my options were (I wasnt going to pay to return something that was a fault on their end) and I got offered 10% off my next purchase! Shocked at the response I let them know that wasnt good enough, why would I ever purchase again? And the got ghosted! That was nearly two weeks ago now so clearly not getting a response.

Very poor customer. Emailed a complaint abouta cozy fleece i bought, never heard back fron them! I bought a buttercup cozy fleece. The front bottom of the fleece keeps rolling under the fleece and there is only lining behind the pockets , no other material. Defo not worth the 50 euro its priced at

The jumper is fabulous but the shipping time is a joke over one week for delivery in which paid for is not good service at all .

Absolutely adore my Edit Row pieces!! I purchased a varsity crew last week and have never felt better quality

I have about 8/9 edit down tops! They are all the same- lovely at the start but by the 3rd wash they have lost shape (the elles are the worst, roll up at the bottom) and the gold hardware zips get all tarnished!!

Their Varsity jumpers are my comfort blanket - the quality of the stitching is fantastic, they are sooo cosy, they wash so well and delivery was quick. The green is my fav colour, also have the lemon but cannot wait to grab the navy.

I have a couple of pieces from the brand now and love them all. They all wear & wash really well. Super speedy delivery too,

Had an issue with my jumper the strings were loose on it, And I emailed customer service, Amy got back to me very quickly and offered me multiple solutions. Allowing me to pick what solution suited me best.

This was solved within two days.

Really recommend Edit Row customer service was excellent and the quality of the Jumper beside the fault was lovely. I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 3 items January. Never received a dispatched email. Contacted customer services only to be told 1 size was out of stock, however they would replace it with an alternative and post it along with the remaining 2 items from previous order.
Received parcel with only 1 item. Emailed again to then be told my order wasn't on the system and all is out of stock.
Very disappointing and questionable how an order was not on the system.
