Gasket repair on patio doors
Just had the gasket, locking mechanism and handles replaced on my patio doors . James was very friendly and polite he cleaned up after himself and very happy with his work .

looking at your other two reviews jon your not easily pleased the price you wanted to pay for the materials alone was more expensive than what you wanted to pay we physically can not do that good luck finding a company that will do it cheaper than us sorry we cant help you on this occasion
I had few issues with my front door
I had few issues with my front door. Dodgy handle and lock plus rubber seals were gone. Checked the market to find a quote for a new door which was just shocking. Then I found 1st Call Repair and messaged them. Within minutes received a call for Adam explained the issues I was having. I think next working day, one of their team member came to check the issues and gave me a very reasonable quote. And then on 3rd day James came to fix and replace the components. He did a great job. No mess whatsoever. Very polite and a true gentleman.
Fast service, great communication and sorted the job perfectly. 1st Call Repair done a fantastic job!! Without a shadow of a doubt, I can highly recommend!!!

Been using this company for a long time! George has done an amazing job at my house. Very polite staff. And the management is hands on. Quick response and most definitely the price was amazing also the quality of the product and service is spot on.

Had 4 misty windows messaged 1st call repairs within minutes received a call for Adam explained the issues I was having with the misty glass and some broken handles was given a really good price a fraction of what some other companies were quoting to replace the units and handles glad I contacted 1st call repairs 48 hours later my windows are brand new again no misty glass and brand new handles thankyou James (the fitter) and thankyou 1st call repairs

Had issue with my handle and lock everyone kept saying can’t do anything change door. 1st call repair a blessing. Called them gave a very good price and came out and repaired within the same week. Would recommend why change it, when it can be repaired.

Saved £1000-£2000
After looking around a number of upvc companies and getting various prices to replace my door (that is only 7 years old) i contacted 1st call as i hoped my door could be repaired instead on paying the £1000-£2000 for a new door. Thank god i looked around as my door only needed an adjustment and re-sealing. My door feels brand new again! Using the money iv saves now for a new boiler! Excellent and would defo recomend
