1st Glass UK Anmeldelser

Great door and fitted by a great guy who was considerate and informative - having a lopsided cottage door opening he came up with a solution suitable to the situation that looks great. Thank you Dave J

I honestly can't recommend 1st Glass UK enough!

From start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely seamless. Every visit was on time, communication was great, and everything went exactly as planned.

Adil and Junaid were fantastic – both polite, professional, clean and tidy. Great lads who clearly take pride in their work.

I'll be honest, I was quite anxious beforehand and half expected something to go wrong along the way, but they put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. As it turned out, there wasn't a single problem!

The end result is absolutely perfect, we had 5 windows and 2 composite doors and the price was hard to beat too.

It's not often you get service this good from start to finish, but these guys really delivered. If you're thinking about new windows or doors, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 1st Glass UK.

Thank you Adil, Junaid and rest of team! Absolutely delighted!

First class doors, very pleased with them. 1st Glass were professional from start to finish.
DAVE, the fitter, did an excellent job, removed the old doors and left everything clean and tidy.
Very pleased with the job.

I would recommend this company and use them again. Communication was excellent and there was always somebody (real) on the end of the phone if you needed to call them. I found them to be very polite, hardworking and down to earth who did their best to help. The quality of the door was beyond expectations and I’m really thrilled with it. Top company!

No issues whatsoever my door was installed on the agreed day all work was completed promptly and and tidily and I will use this company again in the not to distant future

Everything like described,Everything in time, and Chris and his team were absolutely outstanding! They were professional, helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, taking into account everything I asked for. A special mention goes to Chris, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled exactly as requested. I really appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Chris, and the whole team!

Recently had a great experience with First Glass. The product is good, the price was fair and the installers Chris, Stuart & Nathan did a great job. I will definitely use First Glass again.

Had Lee from 1st Glass install a new door to my property, he was very courteous, cleaned up before he left leaving no mess whatsoever. He also explained exactly how the locks worked. I am extremely happy with the work done.

Chris, Nathan and Stuart were our installers and they did a fantastic job, They worked even in the pouring rain on a bitter day. They were willing to answer any questions I had for them.
Really on the whole the experience with 1st Glass has been outstanding.
Already have given details to my family members, who are after new windows in the new year.

Lee was great from start to finish. Very professional and did an excellent job. Knew what he was doing and did the job promptly and cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess.

We needed a single patio door. 1st Glass came out and discussed the type of door which would be suitable. Measured up and gave us a quote and fitting date. Confirmed that date a few days later. Quick phone call on the day to tell us time of his arrival. Floor covering was put down and in no time at all the door had been fitted and all dust and rubbish cleared, instruction on lock operation given Great service and good job finished.looks great

Professional service from start to finish, all staff were polite and friendly. Lee fitted my new front door yesterday and I an delighted with it, really good quality and heavy to keep out the winter cold, Lee was extremely Professional and respected my property by tidying up after himself and explained to me how my new door worked, would highly recommend this company, love my new composite front door!

Where to begin. I contacted 1st Glass after receiving some rediculous quotes from some of their competitors and I must say, I'm delighted that I did. From the point of order and including the installation, the service has been second to none. In my opinion, they are a very professional, customer focused company who certainly go that extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience. The quality of the products is fantastic. Couple that with the instalation that was carried out by Adil & Junaid who's attention to detail was superb. Both completed the work with pride in what they were doing and explained the function of the doors and windows with great clarity. They treated me and my home with the greatest respect and left the house cleaner than they found it. I am delighted that I chose 1st Glass and will certainly recommend them now and in the future. Thank you very, very much from a very, very satisfied customer.

I’m really pleased with my new door and the service provided by 1st Glass from start to finish. Lynn was fantastic in helping to arrange everything, and Dave, the installer, was excellent – efficient, professional and very tidy. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of the work was great.

A big thank you to both Lynn and Dave for making everything so easy and for doing such a fantastic job!

I would highly recommend 1st Glass to anyone looking for a new door. Thank you! 😊

They were very good im happy with my
New back door it arrived exactly matching
My front door as I stipulated and asked for. The fitter arrived on time mr Dave J .
He was very professional and cleaned up throughout the installation as he went along. He was very thorough throughout and
explained everything to me i would recommend them and would definitely use them again Mr Gary O'connor thanks again.

Where do I even begin with this absolute shambles?

First, the WRONG door was installed. I agreed to keep it at a discounted price because I felt sorry for them after hearing their sob story about their loss (£££), as my door had apparently gone to another upset customer. Looking back, perhaps I should have trusted my instincts!

Then the door frame cracked right through the middle of the door. I was told the door should “swell” in hot weather, i was told to water the door in hot weather by office staff, this amused the fitter. However, the actual issue was that the frame hadn’t been packed properly and had moved, leaving me unable to shut my FRONT DOOR PROPERLY FOR OVER TWO WEEKS!

You would think things couldn’t get much worse, wouldn’t you?

The replacement door arrived with a DAMAGED LETTERBOX. After chasing for a replacement, the fitter was cancelled. I was then told it had been fitted, only to discover they’d actually FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME!

Finally, another panel arrives. Surely, this time, they must have got it right?

NO LETTERBOX!

So here I am, waiting for YET ANOTHER DOOR PANEL.

Honestly, the incompetence and lack of communication in this office are on another level. The organisation is practically non-existent, and the fact that I have had to chase repeatedly to get mistakes corrected is absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been patient, understanding and far more accommodating than I probably should have been. I accepted a discounted door because I felt sorry for the company, and this is the experience I’ve been left with.

At this point, I’m beginning to wonder whether anyone in the office actually knows what’s going on.

All I wanted was a front door that was fitted properly and that I could actually shut, thats what i paid for after all. Instead, I’ve had months of frustration, endless chasing and one mistake after another.

From start to finish the buying and installation process was superb. Really happy with the price of our new door, and our installer Lee was amazing. He’s done a fantastic job and left absolutely no mess or rubbish. My wife also commented on how friendly and professional he was. Would definitely use 1st Glass for any future projects.

Five Star experience throughout the installation. Arrived on time, was straight on the job, kept me updated as to what was happening and why, kept the area tidy at all times, did not complain about the cup of tea I made him, overcame a potential problem by persisting in getting product working correctly and finally finished up with instruction on new door lock. All in all Dave J was a pleasure to have install our door and was professional from start to finish.
I would recommend 1st Glass to all.
