Have ordered from this company multiple times over a 2 year period, mostly for shirts and sweatshirts: have had some items which I have had to return and have never had any issues. Items arrive promptly in timescales indicated, returns are refunded promptly, shirts are made in Portugal, some sweats in India. I think the shirts are good quality - have bought a range of their Oxford, cord, linen and heavy cotton shirts. Personally would recommend!

Ordered a zip woolly jacket that my son requested for Christmas. Took 3 weeks to arrive, no tags, no invoice, no paperwork, quality was something like you would buy in a cheap high street store definitely not worth the money. Not surprisingly he asked me return, returned to the address in the website, arrived back at my doorstep yesterday having been “refused” at the address in The Netherlands. Would not recommend - far better products, for a similar price, from reputable websites in the UK.
