I ordered tickets for a Sunderland v Wolves game. These tickets got cancelled a few hours later as the money 'didn't reach them' when it had been taken out of my account. It's now been over a month and this money still hasn't been refunded to me. Turns out, these tickets hadn't even gone live yet on the Sunderland website itself!
