Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought this product to use on my face, checked all the product details and information, FAQs and application information on the website, only for the product to arrive and have a caution warning not to be used on the face. Customer service then said guidance states not but I can choose to ignore that… this to me screams a health and safety issue. This caution should be on the website and has left me feeling ill informed and mis-sold. I asked for the return process and have been advised that I will have to pay for the return despite nowhere on the website advising me against the purchase for my intended use. Scammers.

For this reason, we always recommend contacting us in advance if you are unsure about a product’s suitability, so we can provide tailored guidance. While we aim to make our website as informative as possible, it is not always feasible to cover every potential use case - particularly those that are less commonly requested.
We make every effort to be accessible to our customers, with multiple contact options available across our website. Our customer service team monitors enquiries daily and typically responds within a few hours, and we would have been more than happy to assist you prior to your purchase.
In terms of a resolution, we have offered a full refund for all items purchased. As outlined in our returns policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty. We would also like to highlight that, as a gesture of goodwill, we have waived our usual restocking fee in this instance.
We want to reassure you that our intention is always to resolve matters fairly and transparently. At no point have we requested payment beyond the return shipping cost required to send the items back to our warehouse.

Got myself a few designs to try out and one for my girlfriend, I’ve got to say these are really good for testing new tattoo ideas and mine has lasted 11 days so far Would highly recommend and will be using more in future!

Stunning so realistic and lasts really well even after being on holiday
I have real tattoos and just couldn’t decide if I really wanted more ( or to endure the pain ) so I bought 3 of Tattd tattoos and I love them !
They are now only just starting to fade after 10 days and that’s after being in a hot tub and regularly swimming and showering on holiday……
I’d give 10 🌟 if I could and I will definitely buy again !

I love these so much
I love these so much. I've been considering getting a real tattoo for a while and this was the perfect solution to seeing how it would feel to get one. In fact, I enjoyed them so much I purchased 5 sleeves and haven't actually got round to the real tattoo yet 😅 Highly recommend!

I've used temporary tattoos before but this is next level. Great choice of designs, speedy delivery, well packaged. Tattoo very easy to apply & then the magic happens. Over the next 2 days it darkened & now looks so realistic , it's amazing. Will definitely be buying again

Fabulous temporary tattoos ✨️
Thought i would give these a go as was thinking of getting some finger tattoos , absolutely brilliant I dont know how it works but it does , super easy to apply came out very faint silvery colour , within an hour or two I could see them appearing ! Look just like the real thing lasted approx 2 weeks thru countless handwashing and washing up duties and showers ! What can I say really really pleased and impressed ,I might not even get the permanent tattoos now and just keep getting these 😃
