Handling fee to return an online item? Last time I order direct from this store. £8 delivery (yes I did choose DPD) but a further £3 means that I am out of pocket by £11.
In future, I'll buy from John Lewis (if i buy from this brand again) and return free of charge.

Ordered the last Seasalt cardigan in my size from QVC.
Delighted to receive it today until I took it out of the packaging. The heavy smell of perfume, clearly had been worn and returned by a previous customer.
I would have returned it if it wasn't the last one.
Very disappointed and will be calling QVC in the morning to make a complaint.
Cardigan has now been washed to get rid of the smell.

The only stockist in the UK that I've found that sells Fablewood figurines.
John, who I've been emailing has twice put in special order for me, the first a XL guard and secondly the XXXL Knud. Considering these figurines have to come from Denmark, both arrived in about a week to me.
John is a delight to deal with and I really can't thank him and the team enough.

How I found this company I don’t know, but I have absolutely fallen in love with the little figures – it helps that I’m visiting Copenhagen next year too!

I’ve been very lucky to have been able to buy a couple of the little guards (I have Knud on order!) and the entire collection including the large Hans Christian Andersen figurine who sits proudly on my shelf.

I will definitely be buying more of the little figurines to add to my collection.

Please don’t hesitate to buy from Fablewood.

I ordered four boxes of diet coke yet only 3 delivered. 4th box due to next day but at 8pm still not out for delivery so I cancelled, still no refund from Amazon, so I've paid for 4 and got 3 instead.
Mentioned this in my reviews on the order page and Amazon rejected it as you can't mention issues with delivery.
Amazon have definitely got too bug for their boots. Try and order from the little man rather than this behemoth.

Fantastic Christy duvet found in TK Maxx but the bag the duvet was in isn't very sustainable. Black material bag with plastic tubing with strong metal inside.
How can this be recycled? I don't need a storage bag to keep.

I was unable to get into the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (tickets sold out) and I so wanted HK Disneyland Pandora charms.

265 bus this morning. Rang the bell and got up to wait by the doors and the driver just ignored the stop. Made a complaint to TFL but suspect nothing will be done.
Added an extra 15 minutes walk time to my journey. Very unhappy and an idiot of a driver! Even ignored me when I asked him why.
Only just intelligent enough to drive a bus!

Superb service from Tesco Whoosh.
I've been called away with work and my 95 year old Dad is home alone until my brother returns from holiday.
I called Dad this morning to check that he was okay (I call him twice a day) and he mentioned that the fridge is pretty bare.
I placed an order with Tesco Whoosh at 9.50am, despatched at 9.56am and delivered at 10.01am.

Do you know how difficult it is to find a large mug for a proper cup of tea. I do as I've been looking for ages to replace one.
I came across Dunoon and bought a Nevis mug with a whacky cat design on the front. Absolutely perfect for a cup of tea with a outward bend to the lip and easy so easy to clean.

Why did ikea change the format of the Hammersmith store?
Used to be so easy to find things now changed to the usual Ikea store where you have to go round the houses to find things.
Used to be my go to the store as I live in Hammersmith but no more.

I've just received my mint tourmaline surface pendant and I'm love.
The packaging is perfect and when I uncovered the gem, I knew instantly it'd fit in with my collection.
The pendant is heavy enough to dangle from a chain and the mint green is more intense in real life.
Absolutely love love love it and will definitely buy more from the collection.

Our first visit to India and I was recommended Trinetra Tours by my brother.
Usually I organise tours myself but I don't think that I could have seen the parts of Delhi without Trinetra's help.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Vijay (driver) and Shankur (Taj Mahal) for showing us the sights and making our trip very comfortable.
A big thank you to Tapas, Mahendra and their team for organising Amritsar at such short notice.
Should I visit Delhi or India again then I would use Trinetra again.
