As a non-EEA customer, I learned that it’s no longer possible to order Visa digital or physical cards with Paysera - yet the option is still visible and selectable in the mobile app. This creates false expectations and unnecessary confusion. If this service is no longer available, it should be clearly disabled or communicated upfront, not shown as available.

What makes this even worse is that I only discovered during the renewal process that my card had been canceled on September 14, 2023, without any prior notice. If card services are restricted, this should be clearly communicated in advance - not handled silently.

This appears to be an internal limitation on Paysera’s side, since most banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina have no issue providing Visa cards.

On top of that, Paysera advertises “instant” SEPA transfers, but in reality they can take up to 24 hours. Calling this “instant” is inaccurate and should be explained more transparently so customers know what to expect.

Overall, the service lacks clarity and transparency, which seriously affects customer’s trust. I hope Paysera will address these issues instead of continuing to mislead their customers.

I bought yearly subscription which worked fine for few months. My account was temporarily put on hold today for no valid reason. I wrote 2 emails to customer support so far but have not received any logical explanation from them. I'll most likely cancel my membership with this platform if my account remain on hold for the next 3 days.

I've bought Youzify plugin and all its extensions about 3 weeks ago. I found many issues with the plugin right after installing it on my website. Apart from styling issues, some extensions like "Who Viewed My Profile" did not work at all. The biggest issue I found with Youzify plugin is that I could not upload any images or video files on the website which is a core function of the plugin.

After contacting customer support, they deactivated all my plugins and kept my website down for 2 weeks to "investigate" the issue further after which I was told there is a conflict with my theme. I was advised either to contact the theme author for assistance or completely change the theme even if my theme worked perfectly fine with all other plugins except theirs.

After rejecting their silly suggestion and asking for a full refund, they told me that I am not eligible for refund because there is a problem with my theme not their plugin.

They took my time and money for something that does not work. I found PeepSo plugin as a great alternative at additional cost and guess what? It works perfectly fine with my theme.

If you want save your time and money, you should better stay away from this company!
