Something is wrong with this company
I bought yearly subscription which worked fine for few months. My account was temporarily put on hold today for no valid reason. I wrote 2 emails to customer support so far but have not received any logical explanation from them. I'll most likely cancel my membership with this platform if my account remain on hold for the next 3 days.

Hello, the "account on hold" (where a sleeping robot was shown) did NOT refer to your account with us, as mentioned in the announcement within the club, we were experiencing intermittent service due to the attacks received that saturated the database and caused the site hosting to put it on hold while the database was cleaned and reduced.
During the whole month of November and December the attacks increased considerably, thousands of fake accounts per day and thousands of support tickets per day saturated our database capacity. This was warned to our members and has been successfully overcome.
We have taken the necessary measures and have been able to mitigate the attacks as most of our users have been able to verify.
We are sorry for the confusion and that you thought your account had been suspended with us, it was not. We offer you a huge apology and we know this does not fix your bad experience with us. We are a small site and we like to help our users build their websites without the impediment of spending exorbitant amounts of money to do so. Our GPL repository has everything you need to build amazing websites.
