Disgusting company. They don’t care. Buses don’t show with no explanation, you have people who finished work, mums with babies, females on their own all waiting for buses that do not show. And it’s multiple times on a daily basis. They have no care or concern whatsoever for there customers. Diabolical company.

We used booking. Com a number of times and has been Ed n fine. However , we booked a night and had a long day and when arrived at the place they had no recollection of our booking. Booking. Com had already taken the money at this point. My advice is if you book through booking. Com please call the place you are staying at to confirm they have your payment and reservation

Do not buy. Work for so long then connections go then will not connect and just flashes blue. Not good.

I got 4 liquids and spent more time trying to get the lids off than I did vaping. There is child proof, adult proof and nearly impossible proof, and these are the latter. I won’t be purchasing them again plenty of other companies who provide equally nice tasting vapes with zero hassle when it comes to opening them.

Been to a Samuel smith pub in York. Pub was lovely. I sent a what’s app message on my phone and barmaid said no technology to be used in the pub. Fair enough. I get they want to go back to old fashioned values and that’s fine. However, when I came to pay they were happy enough to get there card reader out and take payment.
So you can’t use technology to send a message but it’s ok to keep the business going.
I feel that’s double standards.

I ordered an item from them September 2023. Finally arrived over a month later than they first said only to be faulty. They arranged for it to be picked up by Evri which never happened. ( blame I would say on Evri. ) contacted studio to explain item not picked up and they said we will sort this our team are working around the clock. Over a month later after so many more E. mails still getting told by now around 10 different customer service people that this is being dealt with. Finally I sent another E. mail saying if this is not resolved within 7 days I will have no alternative but to place it in the hands of my solicitor. Ball starts to roll. Will not be ordering from studio again and will avoid Evri at all costs as both are totally unprofessional.

First time experience with Evri and not impressed. They were meant to be picking up an item to be returned to studio ( not even getting started with how bad studio are that’s another story) and they sent me there links on there app saying will be collected at a certain time. Next minute an update. The driver has had a problem getting to your address. Ok. Then nothing. No phone call. No E. mail. Just weeks and weeks of hassle trying to get it sorted. It’s true about first impressions they do stick as would not want to use Evri again.

Went in the store looking for a certain product which unfortunately they did not sell. However, the customer service member( Sarah) excelled in doing everything she could to help us find the right product and exactly what we needed for when we left the store. Excellent customer service.
