I ordered an item from them September…

I ordered an item from them September 2023. Finally arrived over a month later than they first said only to be faulty. They arranged for it to be picked up by Evri which never happened. ( blame I would say on Evri. ) contacted studio to explain item not picked up and they said we will sort this our team are working around the clock. Over a month later after so many more E. mails still getting told by now around 10 different customer service people that this is being dealt with. Finally I sent another E. mail saying if this is not resolved within 7 days I will have no alternative but to place it in the hands of my solicitor. Ball starts to roll. Will not be ordering from studio again and will avoid Evri at all costs as both are totally unprofessional.
