14 hrs delay - no answer for my claim

14 hrs delay, claim 32383 from 2 December 2025, no answer, today is 20 February 2026, if you call them by phone they told you that they can't discuss it on a phone line, so it is like a vicious circle ⭕

Quiero expresar mi enorme agradecimiento a Alba por su ayuda en la organización de nuestro crucero. Todo se gestionó de forma muy rápida: Alba nos explicó detalladamente todos los matices de la reserva y respondió pacientemente a todas nuestras preguntas. Una gran ventaja es su excelente nivel de inglés, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. ¡A partir de ahora, solo reservaré mis cruceros con ella! La recomiendo como una súper profesional

I’ve had a very positive experience

I’ve had a very positive experience with The Kingdom Bank. The team is always ready to help, and as long as your documents are in order, you won’t encounter any issues. It’s also great to see that the bank keeps growing and actively works on introducing new services.

One of the most useful features for me is the crypto functionality, which makes managing digital assets much easier. On top of that, the fact that the bank provides a VISA card is a huge advantage — especially because when paying in USD, there is no conversion at all if you have USDT on your account.

I would also like to express my special gratitude to my personal manager, Kerem D., for his support and professionalism.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to seeing how the bank continues to innovate and expand its services.

El pedido llegó, pero el servicio podría mejorar.

"Cinco días después de hacer el pedido, empecé a enviar correos electrónicos para preguntar sobre el estado. Me respondieron al día siguiente, lo que me tranquilizó un poco. Finalmente, el pedido llegó en 2 semanas, como se esperaba. La comunicación podría ser mejor, pero no es una estafa — simplemente hay que tener paciencia. Si respondieran un poco más rápido, la experiencia sería mucho más positiva

Super!!! Xiaomi scooter 4 Pro gen 2

Recientemente compré un patinete Xiaomi Scooter 4 Pro (gen 2) en la tienda Rhyde. Aunque en la descripción se indicaba que el patinete era de segunda mano, resultó ser completamente nuevo, con un kilometraje de cero. El precio fue una grata sorpresa, ya que era más bajo que en cualquier otra tienda. Quiero destacar especialmente la rapidez en la entrega: de Madrid a Barcelona en solo 2 días hábiles, ¡y eso justo antes de las fiestas de fin de año! Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra y el servicio, y recomiendo Rhyde a todos los que buscan productos de calidad a excelentes precios.

[SSENSE] Re: SSENSE - Order 93871458841947 Cancelled

I create an order and paid with my card. Few days later sense.com charged me 2.3 EUR without my confirmation and sent me an email that I need to tell them charged amount and a 6 digital code which I need to receive from my bank. They thought that it is a fraudulent order. There is only an online chat in my bank. My bank support in chat told me that the don't have any 6 digital codes related to the charged amount. In any way I wrote to ssense support and told them an exact amount that they charged, sent them a screenshot from my bank account, send them a screenshot with my bank support chat and asked ssense support how can I prove in another way. Few hours later I got and answer that I didn't confirm my payment in the way they wanted and my order was cancelled. Crazy

Be careful, be aware

My account was blocked for 1 incoming deposit for 925 EUR, that was a refund from an apartment owner 😕
One day later they enabled my account, but did not credit deposit, refiring to KYC policy
Finally, they credit it, but next few hours I received an email that they close my account and I need to send all money to another place. I started to withdraw my money and finally it was processed. Lama is a bad place to keep your money. Be aware. They are not scam, but the can make many troubles.

Good service only if you are sure in your trip

Bought a ticket for my Wife with bravofly from Milan to New York. The ticket was cheaper for 100 EUR than on an original airline website. I was afraid that Bravofly is a scam, but i really received my PNR 5 days before the flight ( i bought a ticket 3 weeks before the flight)
The good thing was that they included 23 KG baggage for free, i don't really know how was it happened, becase when i bought, on the checkout, there was an information that onlu 8kg hand luggage was allowed. Anyway, maybe i was lucky. One important thing: it is not possible to call them or to chat or to change someting, so you can buy the ticket only if you are 100% sure that you need this ticket. That was my good experience. So, don't afraid to book here, but to not expect any support from Bravofly if you will have any problem before you flight (i mean to change ticket or something like that)

Permanent ban just after registration

They banned my account just after a registration with the words: " it has come to our attention that your account has breached these rules, resulting in a permanent ban."
But the fact is that, I did not touch anything, I even didn't make any bets and other things in the interface and I got a permanent ban. That is really funny, because I tried to pass verification form a supported region with my original document. Be aware of this scam website, because you can be banned anytime with the same phrase. You don't have any wrights. Nobody will not tell you the truth and nobody don't want to deal with your problem.
