Placing an order with this company is a black hole. No updates for days. Emails inquiring go unanswered. It looks like all I can do is stop my credit card from paying them and go to Best Buy and buy something else. Do not order from this company!

Normally, our system sends automated order confirmations and shipping updates via email as your order progresses. In some cases, these messages can end up in spam or junk folders, so it may be worth checking there as well just in case they were filtered.
In the meantime, we’ve sent you a request through the “Share your information with the business” section here on Trustpilot so we can gather a few details and locate your order in our system. As soon as we receive that information, we’ll look into it right away and provide you with an update.

One issue to look out for.....My 87 yr old mother bought the phone and optioned out of the text feature. She does not text or get texts. Since activating the phone she has received unsolicited texts from telemarketers. This is followed by a Great Call Invoice with 10 cents a text. I called to complain and was told there is nothing that can be done. Then they suggested we add the text package so it would limit the dollars billed from unwanted texts. How stupid is that? They then said we could respond to unwanted texts the word STOP. BTW....they get another 10 cents for every stop we send. I was then given the option to cancel their service. Not nice to seniors!
