If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I have been waiting since 11/28/2025 for a repair on my refrigerator. I had to file the claim twice and I have called this company several times with no results. I have given them the requested information as well as pictures of the issue, still no repair. I am hopeful I can get my money back for the 3 warranties I have purchased from this company. Apparently no local appliance repair places will work with them due to issues getting paid. I feel ripped off!

11/28/25 I submitted a claim through the portal and have heard nothing from anyone. Claim shows "appointment confirmed". I finally found a phone number and called customer service. I was treated like crap! The rep wouldn't let me talk, kept talking over me, told me I had no claim filed, then told me I had to send photos of the damage before they would process the claim. I would be better off if I had not paid for these warranties and I have them on 3 appliances! My recommendation is DO NOT purchase this warranty.

I submitted a claim on 11/28/25 for a refrigerator repair. According to the claim portal the claim was submitted, adjudicated, under review, and appoinntment confirmed all on that day. I have heard nothing from anyone! Centricity does not list a phone number anywhere and I only have the portal to rely on. I was able to find an email and have sent 2 emails asking for information with no response. When I submitted the claim I was told I would hear from someone within 2 days. I wish I could get my money back for the 3 appliances I purchased this warranty for (about $1,000 for the warranty on all three and no results). I feel ripped off.

I was approved for a loan but was not able to submit enough debt for a special rate. I was told the offer would be voided and I should apply again without the special rate. I was lead to believe I would still be approved. This was not the case. I was denied the second time.

I purchased the Itty Bitty Kitty Ring in rose gold. It’s so small and delicate that it’s really pretty. It’s good quality too.
