Feel Ripped Off
I submitted a claim on 11/28/25 for a refrigerator repair. According to the claim portal the claim was submitted, adjudicated, under review, and appoinntment confirmed all on that day. I have heard nothing from anyone! Centricity does not list a phone number anywhere and I only have the portal to rely on. I was able to find an email and have sent 2 emails asking for information with no response. When I submitted the claim I was told I would hear from someone within 2 days. I wish I could get my money back for the 3 appliances I purchased this warranty for (about $1,000 for the warranty on all three and no results). I feel ripped off.
