Quality control manager should be fired

Most of the meals are alright, but bland. However, the majority of my deliveries over the last 3 months (after I mistakenly decided to give them a second chance) were missing ingredients, incorrect meals, or didn't show up at all. Very disappointing, because it could be a great service. But with all of the issues, definitely not worth the cost.
