Love Amber has amazed me again

I contacted Love Amber as I wanted specific crystals included, I have used them many times in the past and have loved every single item we have ordered. In this case with a custom purchase nothing was to much trouble and it was exactly what I wanted and looks stunning. I will always use Love Amber as my go to for Amber jewellery. I used Laybuy and the process of a refund is ridiculous. 2 weeks have passed and I'm still paying for goods I have returned. I won't be shopping with you again. Do NOT use Footasylum and Laybuy payment method.

Excellent customer service from delivery drivers

Just accepted the delivery of our new sofa. The delivery guys Nick and Dave T were great. Professional and friendly. They were extremely cautious when bringing the furniture into our home making sure not to damage or scratch anything. Really happy with their service. What genuinely nice guys
