The customer service is really poor. The dispatch time is incredibly slow. Order on the 31st March, still awaiting dispatch email.

Super fast delivery. Great selection of goodies and they regularly have delivery offers.

Some things are a little pricey especially from their bakery.

I've ordered 5 Mystery Boxes so far and I understand they can be hit and miss but each time they've all been filled with ridiculous amounts of Sherbet Carrots. 8 packs in one box! Not sure how they have so many. I never see them on their store and if they're that unpopular why stock them?

But with the few negatives aside, everything else is great and i can fully recommend them to anyone

This is the second time I've ordered from them and I have nothing but praise!
Last week I ordered 2 Halloween pouches (great value as they were half price) and a '' too good to go / mystery box", which had 13 items! (only one thing was duplicated) and only 3 items were over their Best Before date (this is why the mystery box is cheap, as it may contain items that are near or over their BBD)..... Such good value and variety!
Even with the postal strike, I thought delivery was quick (it was standard delivery)
So happy with my order and I love their own jelly sweets / sweet pouches, so I will not be sharing the Halloween pouches! 😂😂

Just as the title says, I bought the 500g pick and mix and for fantastic price and a wide variety of different types of sweets, great for a sweet tooth like myself. Really like the resealable design to the packaging so I can reseal and take out when out and about. Delivery took a little longer than expected but believe that may have been affected only due to current postal strikes going on. Was recommended the website by creator yazzybug on twitch.tv , and would deffo use again in the future!

As an avid snacker, I thoroughly enjoyed the fizzy mix & fried eggs! Would recommend and definitely try again! :)

Overall I was happy with my order (order was fulfilled quickly and the sweets themselves were great) however, I ordered a bag of 1k pick & mix expecting a fairly even mix between fizzy and non fizzy sweets although about 80% of the bag were made up of fizzy sweets. It's not a huge issue but I was a little disappointed.

Would still very much recommend though!

Recently made a big order, some bakery, some sweets and the too good to go box. Everything I've bought in the past has been amazing! Especially the vanilla/salted caramel fudge. However I decided to also try the handmade sea salt fudge/chocolate one. Unfortunately the packets I received look terrible and have already crumbled away into litle bits and this was straight out of the box! This was confusing because the other fudge from the store the vanilla/salted caramel fudge is really nice and holds together so well. This handmade sea salt fudge was all powdery (probably why it had crumbled away) and had a really horrible taste, very disappointing and not anything like the other fudge they sell. Will probably have to chuck it away which sucks.The pink lemonade lollipops look nothing like the picture as advertised they might still taste good though. Also was hoping to get rum balls in the too good to go box but they sadly weren't included and you can't buy them separately which again is disappointing. The vanilla fudge which I got two bags of were different weight measurements when I thought they should have been at least roughly the same weight, they were not. Other than this everything else seems to be fantastic! The bakery cakes taste amazing so far and the other sweets seem great! It just sucks about these other things which make me worried to try new things on the store because they could come damaged and/or look nothing like the picture

I love this company , I love the American chocolate bars especially the mars bar and Milky Way . They may be expensive ; but definitely worth it in my eyes . Going through a bad time at the moment so I’m ploughing through these things 🤦‍♀️
I did used to buy the pick and mix also (the one I could choose myself ) but I’ve taken a star off because I absolutely hate the plastic pots now . I just want to choose my sweets like I used to and have them in a compostable bag . The pots completely put me off and make me feel like I’m five .
It’s a shame as they were my OG sweet company .
BUT I do highly recommend them .

Please get rid of the pots 🙏

Brilliant service, easy to order , quick delivery and the offer on the 1kg mixed pouch is really worth it , a really great mix of sweets.

Absolutely awful company. Had my order accepted and then refunded three times without explanation. Checked the website to make sure it wasn’t anything to do with my rural location and saw worldwide shipping was offered so wasn’t that. Two requests for an explanation were ignored. Shockingly bad customer service and absolutely one to avoid.

The owner of the company later contacted me on the weekend to discuss the negative review and ask me to remove it. They were very apologetic about my experience but didn’t actually offer an explanation despite offering several options as to why this had happened. The products from this company have always been outstanding, this review is based solely on the customer service experience and lack of resolution. The owner still could offer no explanation for the situation when he contacted me again after the weekend and his solution was to clear my basket and change my payment method (PayPal) before trying again, making it obvious they had no further interest in looking into the issue. I actually ended up going to a competitor and declined his offer.

Omg, I’m not a massive fan of sweets but bought the 1kg bag for the kids. Ended up eating them all within 24 hours! 🤦🏼‍♀️ They are dangerously good. The bubs non fizzies are incredible. ❤️

These sweets are amazing! My son received a bag as a gift from his Aunty and I can’t stop stealing them.

My daughter had wanted to try this candy co. forever, so for Christmas we got a box. Nice packaging, pretty fast shipping (coming from UK) and good quality products. The truffles were an especial hit, along with the cherry fizzes. Some other not so good (apple boiled sweets), but taste is subjective and all in all, a good experience.

I’ve used Conscious Candy quite a few times and always been pleased with the product and service. I placed an order last night and as I clicked to pay I realised that Apple Pay had entered my old address. I immediately sent an email on a reply to the confirmation but it bounced back. So I went back into the website and filled in the comments form and submitted it. The good news was that I got a reply early this morning saying that because of the system they could not change my address but my order could be cancelled. The bad news is that the pink Friday or cyber Monday discount that I was getting could not be applied to my new order and I would have to pay full price for my order. I found this very disappointing customer service and have not replaced my order. I understand the fault of the wrong address was mine but even so!!

Amazing product! I’m not even vegan and these sweets are so good. I buy them for peoples birthdays, secret Santa’s etc. Then product is so good, people are always asking for the Instagram link and then repeat buying after my gift to them. This review probably sounds fake and over enthusiastic but just you wait until you try them!! So many sweets are cheap and artificial now thank god for this company. Well done! Well done! Ben x
