A very pleasant experience
Joined English Heritage today. They answered the phone quickly and the lady whom we spoke to explained everything that we needed to know thoroughly in order for us to join. She was very pleasant and friendly. making the whole experience a pleasure. So looking forward to visiting the many sites on offer.

Customer service so helpful
I accidentally booked the wrong day when booking my tickets to see walmer castle.. I emailed as soon as I realised and they were amended to the correct date… thank you so much so looking forward to our day out ..

Excellent customer service to resolve poor admin
My query today was swiftly resolved by a very pleasant and helpful gentleman
One small complaint is the reason for my call which is a result of a new membership system. My renewal letter was completely incorrect and offered me a discount not available to me. Annoying as we are long term members but resolved by customer service

I have been a English heritage member…
I have been a English heritage member for the past 3 years and had some fantastic visits. However we have no local places, I had problems with membership area and now I have given a month's notice to cancel the membership as my 12 months are up in 1 month I had an extremely rude reply reminding me I had to pay for a whole year's subscription/ direct debit. Which this is my last payment for the 12 months.
Reminding me they are a charity, terms and conditions which I am well aware of......I know I took out the membership. The customer advisor finally wrote they will cancel the membership at the beginning of April when my membership is up for renewal...
