I gave up waiting for my blinds to arrive and ended up cancelling my order which was made weeks ago before I moved to my new house. I spent over £500.
I won't go into detail in, so I'm keeping this review short. Blindsdirect.co.uk have probably taken on more orders than they can handle.
The lack of communication was astonishing. I admit, I did read a lot of negative feedback before I made my purchase, but I thought I personally wouldn't have such bad luck; I was wrong.
I'll be purchasing my blinds from a smaller local company instead.
Very disappointing.

I'm considering switching to another company because the quality of fruit I receive seems to be getting worse. Initially, when I joined Riverford, my boxes were perfect; I don't know what happened, but these past few weeks my orders have been terrible.
I order a box and a fruit bag weekly. Every week I receive bruised apples that look several weeks old and as if they've been kicked around. Sometimes the raspberries have mold on a few of them or just mushed together. A lot of the pears are rock hard and never seem to ripen. When the bananas are in pretty bad shape, they tend to have big brown bruises, or just super soft; like they've sat in a room for a few days.
Overall, I end up throwing out over half my order each week as some of it is just inedible. I'm going to order a few more times, but if nothing improves, then I'll have to switch over to another company because I'm wasting hard-earned money and my emails are being ignored.
I don't expect things to be perfect 100% of the time, but poor weekly orders tells me quality control is non-existent wherever my fruit is coming from. I always feel as if I receive old left-over fruit that Riverford is trying to get rid of. Half way through the week I find that I've run out of fruit that was actually edible and left with the portion of my order that will be thrown out.

Hi, I received that message and response. This feedback is in response to multuple orders after that. My most recent email was sent August 27th, and I didn't receive a response.
The orders have continued to be poor quality. I don't know what's happened, but there reached a point when the quality of my orders just went down hill. If you were to see the order I received today, you'd agree the person picking my order is not doing a great job.
I know Riverford has franchises. Wouldn't it be best for someone from the Riverford team to contact the Franchise and find out what's going on? Everything was perfect until one point, then suddenly things just went downhill. You've asked me to contact your customer service team, but whenever I do, I'm ignored.

They have improved, so I've added an extra star, however, there are things that still need to be improved.

Excellent customer service and competitive prices. The only reason I deducted a star was because I received my item with a US mains lead. I feel these things should be checked beforehand, or stated in the product description.

Excellent customer service. I was very pleased that I actually received a brand new guitar, and not an ex-demo, return, or secondhand guitar.
I had a pretty bad experience with another company I purchased a guitar from. My experience with Rimmers Music allowed me to really see the contrast between excellent and poor customer service.
I highly recommend buying from Rimmers Music; I’ll be purchasing from them again, some time in the future.

There was no sign of "ex-demo" or "second-hand" on the page for the guitar I purchased yet the item I received was clearly used. The box wasn't in great shape. It must have been a return because there were old stickers on it and the larger one, the type that usually contains an address, was scribbled over with a black marker obviously to hide an address.
I found smudges, finger prints and a strand of hair on the guitar itself. I'm quite annoyed because my whole experience has been unsatisfactory. I paid for next-day delivery, but didn't receive the guitar until 5 days later. They did refund me the next-day delivery charge, but there wasn't any communication to let me know what happened. I just received an automated PayPal email showing the delivery charge refund amount.
I paid the same price as a new guitar I saw advertised elsewhere. If I'd known it was a used guitar, I would have probably purchased it elsewhere. I've purchased guitars before, and in fact, I purchased one days before from another store. I know what to expect when it comes to a new guitar.
I emailed the store again, but I've had zero response from them. I wish they could have been honest from the start. I checked out their reviews before I made my purchase and I was confident nothing would go wrong. I feel I have been mislead. However, I feel there must have been a mixup somewhere, but there have been no attempts by the staff here to contact me so we can rectify this issue.
** Update 1/19/20**
I have checked my spam folder and see your email regarding the delivery. However, the guitar has clearly been used. This coupled with the state of the box, the old labels with scribbled out addresses, the signs of wear and tear on the box, which is unusual for a brand new guitar, all make me know I will never shop here again.
I can blame myself, as I should have followed my gut feeling when I saw the guitar was being sold for over £60 less than what other stores were selling it for. It's obvious it was ex-demo or a return. There is no other reason the price would be cut.
I'll keep the guitar because I don't want to wait to receive another one. I won't be shopping here again. Only time will tell if the guitar has issues.

Apparently posting a request to have a watermark removed from an image is against their terms.
They don't check whether you are the creator of actual image and have misplaced the source file after a hard drive format. They just block your account.
I've used and supported them for a long time, but I'll be finding an alternative to use and support.
Their support system is terrible. The life of your Fiverr account will depend on the competency of the customer service agent who approves or rejects your job post.
In my case, the support agent made a decision based on an assumption, rather than communicating with me as a buyer first, to find out more about my job post.

Good if you want cheap managed hosting for a small site on a shared server.
I no longer use TSO because I run a couple of large node.js applications elsewhere.
I did have a small issue with account cancellation, however, that was sorted out by Zak within a couple of hours.

I purchased a theme a few months ago. The theme had a lot of errors and bugs, and I mean a lot! What made things worse was the documentation provided with the theme, was very outdated. A lot of stuff in the documentation didn't correspond with the website, and in my opinion, this just shows the lack of professionalism by the author.
The theme author was ignoring me, and when he did contact me, he wasn't interested in what I had to say, and it was clear he wasn't going to solve my issues. I eventually lost patience, then I tried to get a refund via Envato which was refused by the theme author.
I initiated a chargeback via my bank. The next time I tried to log into my Envato account, I noticed that my account was blocked. I felt this was very unfair. I contacted Envato, and they eventually unblocked my account. See the message below.

Anyway, I tried to make a purchase a few days ago and I wasn't able to. My account was blocked again. So I contacted support again and he stated it was due to the chargeback I initiated. I explained how this had been resolved in January and sent him a thread of my conversation wit Rosee from Envanto support. Please take a look at the response I got.

It was at this moment I decided I will no longer waste my time with this company. Their support team seem very unorganised. They don't seem to have any record of my previous contact with them, so it's as if no one knows what's going on. I have a strong feeling their support team consists of random people working from home. So whether or not you get good support depends on the person you end up dealing with.
I was expected to pay for complete rubbish that was falsely advertised. No one wanted to sort out my issue or refund me, so I asked my bank to initiate a chargeback. If you use this company, pay with your credit card. This way, if you discover the theme you have purchased was falsely advertised, and the theme developer doesn't want to refund you, you can get a chargeback.
Fortunately, I've found another company to use.

I decided to join First Utility a year ago, despite all of the negative feedback they had back then. I thought I'd give them a chance and judge their service for myself.
Well this was a big mistake. My bills have been between £100 - £150+ every month, with a record-breaking charge of £195 this month.
I live in a one bedroom house, and apart from my work laptop, and kitchen appliances, such as, a microwave and a washing machine, I don't own anything that would eat up so much electricity. I don't even own a TV.
I use my gas cooker once in the morning for no more than 25 minutes. In the winter, when the temperature drops below 3°, I set my heating to turn on for 3-4 hours that particular day, for example 1 hour in the morning, then 3 in the evening.
For a 1 bedroom house where energy isn't used excessively, their charges are too high. I was happy to switch to Bulb this month. This time, I made sure I checked out their Trustpilot profile before I switched, and I wasn't disappointed.

ClickMechanic sent out a mechanic who forgot an in-car charger for his laptop which he connected to my car in order to help diagnose the problem I was experience,
During the diagnostic test, his laptop ran out of power. This meant he couldn't diagnose my issue properly. Apart from lifting my bonnet and taking a quick look around, he didn't do much else.
He spent about 20 minutes on the phone to his bank sorting out an application for some service, and when he was finished, he told me he was quite confident my timing belt needed to be replaced.
I wasn't confident in his findings, because he didn't do any thorough checks. I emailed ClickMechanic and asked them to send him out again, and this time, make sure he has everything he needs to fully diagnose my problem, or refund me part of the money I paid. They weren't helpful at all.
Also, I was forced into making an upfront before the mechanic arrived. Their website says:
"We won't take a penny from you until the mechanic has completed any work. It's just like a hotel reservation - we will reserve the booking amount on your card 24 hours before the booking so we can ensure the mechanic gets paid."
As far as I'm concerned, if money is deducted from your bank balance and no longer available to use, i would class that as taking money from someone. I feel ClickMechanic should be much more transparent on their website.
Anyway, once i realised I wasn't going to get a refund, I took my car to a BMW specialist to get this issue diagnosed once and for all. They found out what my problem was, fixed it and I collected my car the very next day. There was nothing wrong with the timing belt, and if the mechanic ClickMechanic sent out to me would have done a thorough check, he would have found the issue.
My car is driving much better than it was before I even had the original issue. I have nothing against the mechanic, I'm more annoyed that ClickMechanic didn't take my situation seriously, and make sure I got the service I paid for. It's never too late to help me resolve this issue ClickMechanic. A partial refund would be nice.
*Update - 27/02/19*
They have resolved this issue by communicating with the mechanic, who eventually agreed to refund my money. Click Mechanic issued a refund which I received today.

I ordered some clippers via Amazon which turned out to be refurbished. I was quite annoyed, so sent them back and got a refund.
During a good search, I saw that Cool Blades were selling the same clippers. I gave them a quick call to confirm what I was buying was new and not refurbished, made my order, then waited for delivery.
My clippers arrived the next day. They were well packaged and certainly a new model. I'm happy with the overall experience.
