Good hosting for small sites
Good if you want cheap managed hosting for a small site on a shared server.
I no longer use TSO because I run a couple of large node.js applications elsewhere.
I did have a small issue with account cancellation, however, that was sorted out by Zak within a couple of hours.

Can you please raise a ticket with the subject FAO Zak and I will look into this for you.
You have stated that we have only cancelled your hosting but not the account, if the hosting has been cancelled then there is nothing to renew so I can only assume you have not placed a cancellation request for the hosting package. If a cancellation request has not been put in, we will then raise an invoice 30 days prior to the due date, you will also receive an email notification of this. We will then take payment 1-3 days prior to the due date as our email states.
You also have complete control of your account within your my.tsohost.com client area where you can cancel any service no longer required, disable or enable auto renewal on domains and you also have the ability to add and then save your card details or click the checkbox to state you do not wish for them to be saved. In a case the details are saved you always have the ability to remove your card details.
