Next day delivery NOT

I’m once again impressed by the creative interpretation of “next day delivery.” Apparently here it means whenever it eventually turns up.

This isn’t even the first time this has happened. The company repeatedly advertises next day delivery, takes the order, and then somehow fails to deliver on the one thing they’re actively promoting. It’s becoming a pattern rather than an exception.

What makes it even worse is that the item is only available online, so customers have no alternative but to rely on the delivery service being advertised. Promising a service you clearly cannot provide is misleading at best and dishonest at worst.

If next day delivery isn’t something you’re actually capable of providing, perhaps stop advertising it — especially when this isn’t the first time you’ve failed to deliver on that promise.

Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

When you choose and pay for next day delivery, you should always be able to trust that your order will arrive when promised. I completely understand why you feel let down when it repeatedly does not happen.

It is especially frustrating when the item you need is only available online, leaving you with no alternative. You should never feel misled or left without the product you are relying on. Your feedback highlights how important reliability and clear communication are, and I am sorry that this was not reflected in your experiences so far.

Great service

I recently contacted Bosch** customer service to update my Wi-Fi details in the Home Connect app for my dishwasher. The advisor was extremely helpful, patient, and didn’t rush the call at all. She made sure everything was fully working before we ended the conversation.

Excellent service and a great experience overall. Very impressed

Happy

recently switched to Vodafone Broadband using the One Touch Switch process, and the transition from Sky was seamless from start to finish. Everything went smoothly with no issues.

The connection has been very fast and stable so far, and the performance is noticeably better than my previous service. The equipment provided is also a significant improvement.

After being with Sky for almost 20 years, I found their pricing had become excessively high for a comparatively slow service. Vodafone offers far better value for money, and the difference in both cost and performance is clear.

I’m very happy with the service so far. Keep up the good work, Vodafone.

No loyalty Sky don’t care

After 18 years as a Sky Broadband customer, I finally decided it was time to move on. Loyalty clearly doesn’t seem to count — I was being charged £46 a month for broadband while new customers could get the exact same service for £21.

After years of price increases with no real reward for staying, I switched to Vodafone using the One Touch Switch process. The move was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free.

Vodafone also supplied a modern Wi-Fi 6 router, which feels like a big upgrade compared to Sky’s older equipment. Since changing, the connection has been faster, more stable, and overall a much better experience — all while paying a fairer price.

Sometimes you realise you’ve stayed out of habit more than value.

Goodbye Sky — hello Vodafone

Disappointed

I have placed orders with Petsdrugsonline on a number of occasions over time, and overall the service has generally been acceptable.

However, more recently I have experienced repeated issues with orders placed for next day delivery. On several occasions, items have taken two to three days to arrive despite being advertised and paid for as next day delivery. This is particularly frustrating when ordering essential pet supplies where timely delivery is important.

In addition, when I have contacted customer services by email to query these delays, I have found that my questions are often not addressed directly. Responses tend to avoid the specific points raised, or provide general information without actually answering the question being asked. This has added to the dissatisfaction, as clear and transparent communication is essential when issues arise.

I have also seen from other customer feedback that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. As this has now occurred on more than one occasion in my own experience, I no longer feel confident relying on your service.

For these reasons, I will not be placing further orders with Petdrugsonline at this time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made

Good

I’ve now used SDH Medical for a second time and have been very impressed on both occasions. They consistently offer some of the cheapest prices I’ve found, and the whole ordering process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Everything follows through exactly as it should, and delivery via Royal Mail is fully tracked, which gives great peace of mind. It’s reliable, straightforward, and good value for money.

I genuinely have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work!

Great!

I’ve used InPost lockers on many occasions now and have never had any significant problems. The whole process is incredibly straightforward – just enter your code and the locker opens instantly. It’s quick, convenient, and takes the hassle out of parcel collection.

I’ve also found the app very helpful, with clear updates that keep you informed every step of the way. Overall, it’s a smooth and reliable service that I genuinely enjoy using.

Very good service

All in all a very good prompt service. As soon as my phone was received, I had an email, then another email to confirm the amount to be paid and a date when the money would be paid. Two days later my cash was in my account.
Very prompt service. Highly recommended.
