Next day delivery NOT

I’m once again impressed by the creative interpretation of “next day delivery.” Apparently here it means whenever it eventually turns up.

This isn’t even the first time this has happened. The company repeatedly advertises next day delivery, takes the order, and then somehow fails to deliver on the one thing they’re actively promoting. It’s becoming a pattern rather than an exception.

What makes it even worse is that the item is only available online, so customers have no alternative but to rely on the delivery service being advertised. Promising a service you clearly cannot provide is misleading at best and dishonest at worst.

If next day delivery isn’t something you’re actually capable of providing, perhaps stop advertising it — especially when this isn’t the first time you’ve failed to deliver on that promise.

Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

When you choose and pay for next day delivery, you should always be able to trust that your order will arrive when promised. I completely understand why you feel let down when it repeatedly does not happen.

It is especially frustrating when the item you need is only available online, leaving you with no alternative. You should never feel misled or left without the product you are relying on. Your feedback highlights how important reliability and clear communication are, and I am sorry that this was not reflected in your experiences so far.

You deserved accurate information and a service you could count on, not repeated delays that leave you frustrated and without the item you need. Your comments are important and help us review where improvements are needed, both in how we communicate delivery expectations and in the reliability of the service provided.
