Great fun! Jo is always smiling & positive. She is clear in her teaching & encourages everyone.
This is a fab way to exercise & the best class I've ever done! The great music is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Jo's Zumba gold / Bolly X classes now for 4 years to say it's addictive is an understatement.Jo is a great instructor full of enthusiasm and energy which passes onto the people in the class,plus you make lots of new friends.
