Our instructor Jo is mindful of how the recent heat is affecting everyone and has tailored her classes accordingly, so as not to over-exert us. At the same time, she is as energetic and enthusiastic as ever and brings great fun and laughter to our Zumba Gold classes. She regularly keeps us informed about health issues and the benefits of exercising and works incredibly hard researching the latest studies on health. She also arranges fun get-togethers for anyone who wants to socialise more.

I'm so glad I chose to go to zumba with Jo a few years ago. I have made a number of new friends, had lots of fun and feel much fitter! Long may it continue.

Zumba Gold led by Jo has given me a new lease of life. At 75 I can now negotiate stairs with an agility I believed was unachievable, it is also such fun with great music and routines. Jo smiles and encourages throughout the class and I look forward to returning every week.

I love Zumba Gold. What a great way to start my day. Dancing, exercise, laughter and friends and fabulous music and Jo is full of energy ang positive vibes!

I brought Jo in to host a Zumba fundraiser for my daughter’s cheerleading team and she was amazing! The energy was incredible and everyone couldn’t stop smiling. She made the routines really easy to follow and kept it fun the whole time. Such a great event – thank you! Will be booking again for the next fundraiser.

Jo’s class is fantastic. There’s a great energy and her instructions are very easy to follow. She has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. My only negative is that sometimes we are asked to hold hands in a circle for one of the exercises which I don’t particularly like but that’s a personal preference

The classes are great fun and they are hard enough to keep you challenged but the dances arent so complicated that you feel lost and self conscious. I would recommend.

I love Jo’s Zumba gold classes, she makes them such fun with her energy and enthusiasm, which also creates great camaraderie in the group, so you don’t even feel like your are exercising! Her charity and showcase events are brilliant too, when she is supported by her fellow instructors, creating fun variety as well as raising money for good causes. Highly recommend Zumba with Jo 🤩
