Great exercise and great company

I have been going regularly to Zumba Gold classes with Jo for well over two years now, and I absolutely love it. Jo makes it such fun (when she is away occasionally, and another person takes over, it just isn't the same). I have made several new friends there. There is no judgement or pressure, you can do what you can, or want, to do. Improve your fitness in a lovely community. (It is not women only, men are welcome)

Jo’s Zumba sessions are always fun particularly Zumba Gold. The sessions are an excellent way of exercising without realising it, uplifting and enjoyable. I have been attending Jo’s classes for nearly 5 years now, which I think is a testament to how enjoyable and beneficial the sessions are.

Enjoyable as air conditioning was lower this week so not quite so terribly cold. So bad for physical avtivity

Jo is always brilliant

Jo makes every class fun. The Zumba crowd are very welcoming and good fun. It's enjoyable even if you don't get the routine right. 🤣Great atmosphere.

The experience is always filled with energy and fun…Jo gives out a positive can do whatever you are able to approach.

At Zumba Gold you can be assured to have a wonderful class. The dance choreography is such fun with music from all over the world, making it a great fitness workout. I look forward to the class every Monday.

Great class, good routine, exercise but enjoyable at the same time thoroughly recommended. 1 negative is when exercise is then group hand holding not my thing

Really friendly atmosphere with easy to follow routines! I never feel awkward at Jo's classes, I just have relaxed fun!

Jo is always welcoming and smiling, her classes are fun and she makes you feel part of the group straight away. I've met some lovely people in the classes I go to and look forward to each class ☺️

Jo makes it fun and after 6 years I enjoy it as much as I did when I started. Lots of great friendships have been made too. My fitness has improved I never expected to be enjoying this so much at 72.

Zumba with Jo sets me up for the day. Jo’s enthusiasm and music choice makes me want to keep moving and I always come out of the class feeling energised and with a smile on my face- ready to face the day!

Get fit and feel happy. I discovered Zumba in lockdown as I would have been to nervous to go to a class with my 2 left feet. What I didn’t know is how much that just doesn’t matter and how inclusive Jo’s classes are. I still have 2 left feet but that doesn’t matter. I always leave the classes feeling happier, fitter and with a bit of a spring in my step. I hope Jo realises what a fantastic job she does for our minds and our bodies

Zumba gold is a great way to keep you fit, mentally, mobility wise whilst enjoying the music, fun routines without pressure to get them right, laughs when you go slightly off piste! in a friendly atmosphere. Amazing instruction - Go Jo & Cheryl -Have made new friends. Feel good Mondays for me.
