I USE TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW MY CAR ACROSS THE ENTIRE UNITES STATES
AND CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY WIFE WHEN SHE DROVE TO NEW YORK ALL ALONE.
AND THE SAME THING WHEN I DROVE THE SAME TRIP ABOUT 6 MONTHS LATER
IN FACT MY GRAND SON WHO WAS WATCHING WITH HER SAID PAPA YOU WERE SPEEDING WHEN YOU WERE ON INTERSTATE 81.

I have zubie in 3 of my cars. I like everything about and especially being able to monitor the engine for any service codes.

Im using Zubie almost a year now
Im using Zubie almost a year now , and so far it it work perfectly for me .
What I noticed there is 3 min delay on live mode, and if it got unplugged there is 50/50 chance it will notify you .
I hope they can fix it. But overall it will show you exactly location and where it been or stop

Good app
Good app, but lousy website. Each year I was promised a discount, but at checkout I was charged full price. Nothing was done to get my discount rate to my card. I won’t get the app for another year. Too many others out there to bother with Zubie.

Typical device that declines after a new device comes out
It used to work when the WiFi was still an option. When Zubie and Verizon no longer offered the 4G connection, the WiFi was spotty. I was never notified of this change. When asking for assistant, customer support notified me and offered me a new device, without WiFi, free of charge for a year. It worked most of time. It is now 5 months later and it has started to lag again. It takes more than 5 minutes to register a hard brake or when I've parked my car. It registers speed bumps as hard brakes and doesn't register actual hard breaks.

Works fair, looses signal occasionally makes it hard to track performance of vehicles and if driver is side tracking his route

I conducted the test pilot with a Zubie GPS device during the summer of 2016 using one of my company's Sodexo Facilities Maintenance vehicle. The test went very well and we were pleased with the results and information that the Zubie GPS device provided us.
From the very beginning
From the very beginning, our batteries were being drained, and Zubie never took an ounce of responsibility for that (a 2015 BMW, a 2015 Ford F-150 and five 2016 Ford F-150s continued to have problems the entire time until we finally pulled the devices out in January). Also, when we update maintenance, 90% of the time, the Zubie gives us incorrect mileage; that is irritating when we are trying to keep up with our records. Honestly, these devices have caused more of a headache than anything. Do your research - there are other companies that provide the same service and will willingly help you if/when you have issues with the devices.
I have had Zubie for several years now
I have had Zubie for several years now. At the beginning they were very good to work with and great customer service.but now I find it difficult to talk with folks there and have not had a great success with using email. The last time I was up for renewal for both units they would not offer any discounts so I ended up purchasing two new units from Amazon.com. I did have some issues of the service for tracking, etc not being up to par so at this point I have removed the units and with renewal soon upon me I am not planning to renew my account/
