It was the perfect tool to keep tabs on MY car and my son driving it.

I would not even give one star. What a waste of time and would never recommend this product to any of my insured's. (I am an agent)
Each week you would get an update stating to keep up the good work, doing a great job, etc. By the end of your term, no change is considered in premium even though you drove perfect the last 6 months.
When called to ask why, told me I drove past midnight twice during the 6 month trial!! Ridiculous

The experience was hard to continue. i asked a question and received contradictory answers...when I pointed that out, the responses stopped. I have not heard anything back from Zubie since, yet, I receive a review...probably not the best time to send this to me.

The agent wasn't rude, just not knowledgeable about your own product. I am still uninformed as to if Zubie provides an alert if the device is unplugged and if so, when and how to get those alerts. I am actually checking amazon now for another brand...service is important to me and when it's poor, I change.

Honestly I thought this device would be more useful with adding automation to my automotive. The wifi could have been more robust as far as speed and availability of use. Full car monitoring would have been a great feature for full vehicle diagnostics.i have removed this device for both cars. It was a waste of money.

Was useless. I tested it in my car and in spite of having a heavy duty battery and newer car, Zubie continually ran down the battery. The unit has been a paperweight since then. Complete waste of money.

For the price, I don't think you can beat it. We had a caregiver who used my syster-in-law's car to run a personal errand, leaving my sister-in-law at home by herself after midnight. That care giver does not work for us anymore.

Zubie alerted us and we were able to make sure my sister-in-law was safe.

not bad , but is painfully slow . its a decent product for the money

The product offered is lacking 1 major component REAL TIME TRACKING ! This causes a significant delay in tracking exact positioning. Therefore causing extra manhours and monies wasted on fuel trying to locate vehicles in service.

Worked well, no problem with it at all. Recommend to general users.

We use zubie every day in our teenager's car. I like the way we can set different notification settings. The only down side to zubie is it is not real time, so I have to refresh it continuously to get exact locations.

Doesn't work as advertised - the Check Engine feature is useless (only tells that the check engine light is on, doesn't give detailed info) and the locations feature isn't accurate enough to be practical. Very disappointed.

Arrived 1 day before stated day of delivery. Quality product, does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Really was hoping for a better working product, some times it works and others not so much. Truthfully I also use another app that is free with phone tracking and it is just as good. Will not be renewing.
