Sarah stepped up again to help me. This company is what true customer service and support looks like. ZOX is hands down one of the best companies out there and not just for the items but everyone that works for this absolute amazing team

Amazing customer service. Once I informed them about my bracelet (bible verse interactive) not working anymore the representative that was helping me informed that it was a defect in my bracelet and immediately starting working on sending me a new one free of charge. They really do mean it when they say if your not happy it’s free!!

I posted a review to complain about their customer service & they’ve flagged my review for “illegal or harmful” content.

All I’ve asked for is information about whether they are using real artists or AI. That’s it. Nothing harmful or illegal.

I spent so much money with you, & the one time I ask POLITELY for information that should be available to any conscientious consumer you don’t just ignore me but try to block my review by making false claims against it.

Hands down Zox has the best customer service. My order was lost so they sent me replacements of the two bracelets I ordered. Good experience all around!

ZOX is a great company with excellent customer service.
I’ve had a couple of minor issues and neither one were the fault of ZOX. Regardless, they took care of both issues with no problem. Great products and great people.

These bracelets are my favorite and I get them for everyone in my life for gifts and they love them …there’s definitely a bracelet that fits everyone and the messages are just an added plus and they are a must buy and the price is great 😊

After ten months, The NFC tag in my beautiful Zox bracelet stopped working. I contacted the company and within a day, I received notice that a replacement bracelet, exact match, was being shipped to me completely free of charge. No questions asked.

I’ve never experienced such stellar service. Thank you Zox! I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I’ve been a customer of ZOX for over 15 years. They have made every problem right, since I started collecting. They have gone above and beyond for all my issues. I love their customer service people!

I started wearing Zox yearrrrrsssss ago, and recently pre-ordered the Dolly Parton bracelet as well as Unbreakable. I had an issue with my order which they resolved SO quickly. I’ve always loved Zox bracelets, the community, and the customer service!

Amazing as always as a long time zox collector I had a break but now I'm back for more meaningful amazing designs just love zox x thanks guys keep up the amazing work x

Absolutely love these watch bands! They are well made, super cute, and have the best saying on the inside of the band. They stand by their products and have amazing Customer service!

Fantastic customer service experience in Instagram! Have been a part of the Zox community for years and their straps and hoodies are always incredible.

I cannot say enough about ZOX. I have collected for a few years now. The quality of their merchandise is top notch. I love that they are using recycled materials; the ZOX for specific causes, giving back to vulnerable communities; the artwork; and the messages. They are great gifts too. Buy one and see for yourself, you might become addicted.

They have a great product, very responsive to customers suggestions. If there's a problem the resolution team is ON IT and so very friendly through the entire process. Beautiful bracelets with affirming/encouraging messages that are also eco-conscious 🤩

Unfortunately, my package never arrived. But ZOX customer service was stellar! The item I had ordered was sold out, so it couldn't be replaced. But my refund was quick and complete. The team at ZOX is always quick to respond and resolves any issues you have. Their products are great. This time it just wasn't meant to be.

I sent an email asking if Zox considered making a bracelet for Autism Acceptance, or for Special Education Teachers and TAs. I received a very fast response with a link to an existing Autism bracelet and a note that they would add the suggestion for the special education teachers and TAs to their list. I clicked on the link, and unfortunately, it didn't work. Before I could even respond, I received a follow-up email from the Zox rep stating they just noticed the link didn't work (the bracelet is out-of-stock), so they added the Autism bracelet to the list as well. This is fantastic customer service in my book. Instead of having to go around and around, the link was noticed and addressed immediately. I love this company and their products, and now I enjoy their customer service as well.
