Unfortunately, my package never arrived. But ZOX customer service was stellar! The item I had ordered was sold out, so it couldn't be replaced. But my refund was quick and complete. The team at ZOX is always quick to respond and resolves any issues you have. Their products are great. This time it just wasn't meant to be.

I sent an email asking if Zox considered making a bracelet for Autism Acceptance, or for Special Education Teachers and TAs. I received a very fast response with a link to an existing Autism bracelet and a note that they would add the suggestion for the special education teachers and TAs to their list. I clicked on the link, and unfortunately, it didn't work. Before I could even respond, I received a follow-up email from the Zox rep stating they just noticed the link didn't work (the bracelet is out-of-stock), so they added the Autism bracelet to the list as well. This is fantastic customer service in my book. Instead of having to go around and around, the link was noticed and addressed immediately. I love this company and their products, and now I enjoy their customer service as well.

I absolutely love all my ZOX bracelets! They are comfortable to wear, and carry messages and prints that everyone can enjoy! They are addictive though so watch out! The only thing I don’t like is they have started using Amazon to deliver their stuff and I’ve had packages just blow away in the wind because my Amazon drivers just throw things on the porch and don’t bother to take into consideration the weather & secure the package (tuck it somewhere on the porch so it doesn’t blow away or get soaked in the rain) i really wish they would go back to the old way of sending out the package as I never had any issues then. ZOX did however send out a bracelet when I called them about my missing one. Their customer service is amazing.

Ya know what. Everybody messes up from time to time or in the case of me leaving this review, systems (USPS) fail. But Zox is always there, they always take care of us. The fact that they have a Happiness Manager just is so cool to me. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back and collecting. I believe in their mission. I believe in their staff and I believe in their products. They help me get through my day and are so beautiful and worth the price. Thank you Zox and the Happiness Team for all you do. You amaze me every time I reach out. Best customer service on the planet!!

The team at Zox has helped me through multiple issues I encounter as a collector and customer. There hasn't been a single time that I would give below a 5-star review....they are wonderful people, wonderful product and a wonderful family of Zoxers exists because of the care and quality service that exists here.

This is the BEST company. They are very compassionate. They took care of my issue promptly and responded quickly to my emails. They go above and beyond making sure the customer(me) is satisfied. Best customer service I've had by far than any other company. Please don't hesitate to message if there is a problem they will fix it 100% and then some! Their bracelets are hands down amazing! I cannot praise them enough!!!!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size watch band. I messaged them and they provided me with a gift card to order the correct one even though it was an order mistake on my part and no fault of theirs. These bracelets and watch bands are amazing and I enjoy the daily quotes, they will continue to receive my business.

Ordered the wrong band by accident. When I reached out wanting to return and purchase the correct band for my wife, ZOX made the process easier then I could have even imagined. When she received the correct one, she was even more amazed at the quality. Customer for life because of how quickly, efficiently, and with such care we received through our first buying experience with ZOX. Will not buy a band from another company after this.

Had an issue with my bracelet not working. They gave me a code to get a new one no problem. Very polite and efficient staff.

I have several Zox bands that I love. I ordered one for my dog that is in heaven. When I received it in the mail I realized it was the wrong size. I reached out to the company and they immediately shipped out a replacement in the correct size. They definitely take care of their customers.

They are great! It's not my first time ordering--and won't be the last either. I bought a bracelet as a gift for a friend. They have not received it, since it was lost in transit. I tried contacting the delivery service--but no luck. I contacted Zox, hoping they could, at least, find out more about what happened. They sent another bracelet out to my friend, too! Thanks again!

I needed the adapter for my watchband and the customer service department actually put a small video together to help me put it on! The best customer service ever! All other companies should strive to have service as good as Zox! I love their products and have become a Bible bracelet member so I can give them away as gifts! Thank you Zox!

We absolutely LOVE Zox! The new bracelets are so innovative with the scannable NFC chip. I love having over 700 inspirational quotes and affirmations covering over a dozen topics. You can choose from bracelets with biblical quotes or positive affirmations. I rarely get a duplicate within several days of each other. It never ceases to amaze me that a quote seems like it was tailor made for me at the moment. We call those God-winks or Angel-winks.

We love their sweatshirts, which are some of the best sweatshirts we’ve ever worn. They are insanely comfortable and a little heavier than the “standard” sweatshirt. They have nifty interchangeable strings with some of their popular designs on them. If you want one, jump on it if they’re in stock because they always sell out quickly.

I recently got one of the daily bags. It looks like the Northern Lights. The iridescence is gorgeous. I thought I would like it ok. I needed something for my iPhone, Field Notes book and pen, wallet, etc. This is so much more than I expected. It has plenty of space, plus a zipper pocket and a hidden magnetic pocket. It also comes with a matching wallet, which is essentially a double-sized bracelet that secures a few cards and folded cash.

Their watchbands are very similar to the bracelets. They are adjustable, and are super comfortable.

For accessories, I got an owl charm that looks amazing on my Northern Lights bracelet. If there’s a particular bracelet that you especially love but can’t wear all the time, you need a ZoxLok. It clamps down on your bracelet and magically turns it into a keychain. I got a bookmark for my wife and she colored it with paint pens and it looks amazing. They should market it like that for the artsy craftsy crowd.

Lastly, their customer support is fantastic! There have been a couple of delivery issues (not their fault, it was FedEx), and a few general inquiries. They are always very helpful and so nice. It makes me feel appreciated as a customer. For the skeptics, no, I wasn’t paid for this review, and I don’t work at or know anyone at Zox. I just love their products and what they stand for, so I’m supporting them.

Great product, this is my 3rd purchase. Great customer service. I will definitely be back again I'm sure.
