Incredible Quality and Beautiful Designs – Hooked After My First One!

I am officially obsessed with Zox! I currently own 7 Zox bracelets, and I can confidently say they are some of my favorite accessories.
The first thing that stands out is the great craftsmanship. These bands are incredibly well-made, durable, and comfortable enough to wear all day without any irritation. They hold up beautifully to daily wear and tear without stretching out or losing their shape.
Beyond the quality, the design of each bracelet is amazing. The artwork is vibrant, unique, and meaningful. I love that each one has a positive, uplifting message on the inside to serve as a daily reminder. It feels like wearing a little piece of art on your wrist.
If you are looking for stylish, high-quality wristbands with a purpose, I highly recommend Zox. With 7 in my collection already, I know I'll be adding more soon!

Incredible customer service! I can't say enough good things about how well ZOX customers are treated before, during, and after their purchase. I recently had a size issue with a product I had purchased as a gift and, when I contacted the company to report receiving the incorrect size, both Jason and Sarah went above and beyond my expectations to rectify the problem immediately. I am extremely pleased with the way ZOX values their customers and I am impressed with how ZOX works hard to provide a stellar experience for each and every order. I love the Zox bracelets, I have bought many for myself and others over the years. They are very well made, and extremely comfortable. I usually can't stand wearing bracelets, they bother the skin on my wrist. But these are so soft. I pick the one with the saying that means the most to me for the morning, the message I need to tell myself throughout the day.

I had an issue with my ZOX so I emailed them with the issue. They got back to me quickly and resolved my issue. Our communication was effortlessly and prompt. Such a pleasure dealing with ZOX company. Plus, the product is awesome. Christmas is coming...I know what I will be purchasing for a few family members! 😊

I love this company and their unique and colorful designs, themes, uplifting messages. I had a recent order issue that I needed to change the address for (my mistake) and it was resolved and taken care of with great customer service and communication. Great experience!

Great company with exceptional customer service. I ran into a small issue with one of the items in my order and I sent an email about it. Since I sent after hours on Friday, I was fully expecting to get a response sometime on Monday. Instead, I received a response almost immediately with a quick resolution to my issue. This was my first purchase from Zox but definitely will not be my last!

Very helpful Chat Feature. I have a smartwatch that is not listed in the description. I used the help feature and was immediately connected to a person. They were able to let me know which connection adapter I would need after I sent a picture through the chat feature. I happily resumed shopping and picked 2 watchbands and the adapters.
My order was in the mail in 36 hours and I will have it in a couple more days. I am a very happy customer.

I was concerned that I accidently ordered the wrong size product. It defaulted to a size small. I immediately contacted Customer Service, which is only available Mon-Fri and it was a weekend. My order got shipped with the wrong size but they told me to gift that one and issued me store credit so I could immediately order the correct size! Awesome Customer Service!

Costumer for a couple of years now, love the bracelets. Yes overseas shipping takes a while but worth the wait. Fun to collect and give away. When there has been an issue with my order I always got fast reply and they instantely solve the problem.
