Acquistato un Hard Disk SSD ... mai lo avessi fatto ... lentissimo, peggio delle vecchie porte USB 2 ... scritto per un reso in quanto non soddisfaceva le descrizioni e mi hanno proposto un rimborso del 25% [che ho accettato ma mai avuto] o un buono del valore del 60% del prodotto acquistato o rispedire il prodotto [Ecomhit Limited - RM 509, 5/F, THE CLOUD, 111 TUNG CHAU STREET - Tai Kok Tsui - Kowloon - Hong Kong S.A.R.] a spese mie ... cosa non vera in quanto il reso doveva essere a loro spese se ci fosse stato qualche difetto ... se potessi dare 0 stelle sarebbe meglio.

Appalling company. I ordered something and before it even left the China Mainland it was returned. When I contacted them they said as a delivery was attempted (I'm in the UK) I would have to pay a €15 fee from a refund, to cover the cost of the delivery attempt. When I referred to the couriers site showing it never left China their story changed to the €15 fee being required because the item was destroyed in transit.

They are clearly a scam, thankfully I paid via PayPal who are always great at handling these issues, I got a full refund within 5 hours. Zorenza still keep requested €15 but they are now blocked from pestering me.

Avoid, there is absolutely no reason to use them, if they have something you like, find it on AliExpress.

Absoluter Scam. Ware entspricht nicht den Fotos. Hier wird Schei** für Gold verkauft. Das "Überseelager" ist in China. Teuer, lange Versandzeit, schlechte Qualität --> nie wieder!

This is the worse site I have bought anything from. I ordered my goods 2 weeks ago, they told me it was delivered, and it hasn't been. I've mailed them and asked for my money back, and still to date they have not replied to my mails properly. I seriously would not use this site ever again. I wonder if I will ever get my goods

I made an order online on the 28th of April which I paid for in full. It is now the last week in June and I am still waiting. Not acceptable. How is this company still operating. I have now been informed that the order has been lost and was offered a gift card. This I have refused and have demanded a full refund....still waiting. Something needs to be done to stop other people loosing money

Company sent wrong product.
Then offered a 15% refund which worked out I was paying more for the product they sent.
Eventually gave a 25% refund for something I dont even want.
Expensive to send back

I have to give a star, in realty should don't want to. This company is a joke and a scam, I purchase the sushi kit on the website which offer 8 pieces to the kit and I only received 3 of the 8. When I send them an email asking for other part or the return the goods. They made it very hard, stating I would have to pay for shipping and tracking. The company is base in the Netherlands and the product come from Hong Kong. If your thinking of buying anything from this company you better think hard and keep your money and spend it in you own country. This company will scam you than make it hard to get your money back. My feedback stay the f away if you don't want to loose you cash. They don't even have a contact number to call. Stay away.

Zimmerbrunnen Eichhörnchen.Das ist eine Frechheit schlecht verarbeitet es ist kein Zimmerbrunnen nur 1 LED mit Solar für 29 Euro.Bild ist auch anders.Nie wieder so ein Betrug an Kunden.Leute spart euer Geld kann nur euch warnen dort was zu Bestellen.

Ich bin um meine Ware betrogen worden, das Geld ist über Kreditkarte abgebucht, ich warte seit Wochen auf den bestellten Artikel.
Leute hört doch auf mit diesen Betrügereien, verdient euer Geld auf ehrliche Weise. Wünsche euch ein gerechtes Karma. Schlimm, enttäuschend, wütend.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, schöne Ware mit detaillierter Beschreibung

I have ordered 3 items but only received 2 items. After I reported on the matter, I was informed that it has been delivered but to a totally different address in another country, and yet they proposed that I pay an extra reshipment fee. I am utterly disappointed with the poor customer service and bad marketing policy. In fact, I am having a doubt of their integrity.

I placed an order with Zorenza😡 for two wall-mounted hosepipe holders & two hosepipes with spray guns!
Only the plastic hosepipe holders arrived in a small box. There was no sign of the two 60M hosepipes. When I emailed Zorenza😡 they didn't answer my questions about the missing hosepipes, they completely side stepped my whole ordeal, deviously making out they were giving me a refund, when actually they had scammed me out of over £100.00! I didn't use my credit card, & I believe they took advantage of this fact! Avoid the Company 😡 at all costs, they're definitely out to scam whoever they can!

Horrible experience! If you have to return something it’s at your own cost and you have to ship it back to Hong Kong although they don’t have that info on their return policy site.

Also wouldn’t answer my questions! Do not buy from them!
