Bought a bag with below standard zips. After just after a year, warrenty had run out , so I contacted customer care who were really helpful and resolved the matter quickly. Adam from customer services was very helpful and polite.

Awesome customer service
On a recent order, I was charged a very high fee for "duties". ($87 on a $50 product) We all know our nit wit president is causing absolute chaos for retailers. I sent a very polite email just asking if they could break it down for me. The VERY KINDLY refunded the whole amount citing that the product was already in the US when I ordered. We know these stupid tariffs may force retailers to charge higher prices gong forward - but I really really appreciated their help this time. We love Zone 3 products and hope we will be able to continue to purchase them going forward. Thank you Zone 3 for your amazing customer service!!!!

After a systems glitch delayed my order I contacted customer services. I received a prompt response, and action was taken swiftly to solve the problem. Great service, kept informed and remain a happy customer. Along with great products…..I will be a returning customer.

Deeply disappointed – Faulty wetsuit and no refund despite warranty
I never leave Trustpilot reviews, but I feel compelled to after my experience with Zone3.
I purchased a wetsuit in September 2024 which developed a significant tear around the neck area within just a few months, despite very careful use. The product is still well within its 12-month warranty, and the damage appears to be a common issue - several members of my outdoor swimming club have experienced the same neck fault with Zone3 suits.
Despite this, the company has refused to offer a refund, stating that their system "doesn’t allow it" after a certain period - even though the item is faulty, a replacement is unavailable, and UK consumer law clearly entitles me to a refund under these circumstances.
I've now been left chasing responses, repeating myself, and feeling incredibly frustrated. I work in e-commerce, and I find it shocking that a company would hide behind internal systems rather than honour their legal obligations or treat customers with respect.
I had hoped to resolve this amicably, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me with no confidence in the brand. I won’t be buying from Zone3 again.
UPDATE: Although I’m still disappointed by having to chase to get this resolved, I’m glad that Zone3 have now agreed to issue a manual refund and the matter is finally being sorted. I appreciate the outcome, even if the process to get there was unnecessarily difficult.

Top klantenservice!
Was op zoek naar de nodige spullen om comfortabel in koud water te kunnen zwemmen. Raakte alleen in de war van de verschillende maattabellen op alle websites en zat hier en daar tussen maten in.
Daarom contact op genomen met Zone3 klantenservice. En Adam was super behulpzaam. Reageerde meestal binnen een of twee uur. Veel gediscusseerd over de juiste maten en wat te kiezen qua handschoenen, wanten, sokken, vest, short en omkleedjas. Uiteindelijk de order geplaatst, en spullen waren in een paar dagen keurig geleverd. Ook fijn dat ze een hub hebben op het Europeese vaste land; dat scheelt gedoe met importbelasting. Vest toch wat te groot en de changing robe wat te klein. Weer een prettig contact gehad met Adam, wat foto's gedeeld en hij heeft vervolgens voor mij de exchange geregeld.
Dan de spullen zelf. De Thermo-Tech sokken en handschoenen heb ik de dag na ontvangst getest en zijn echt super. Watertemperatuur was ongeveer 13 graden Celsius. Waar ik bij mij huidige handschoenen na 1 km koude vingers begon te krijgen (Raynaud), waren de Zone3 handschoenen na 2 km nog steeds comfortabel. Ook de schoenen waren prima. Beiden nauw gesloten maar comfortabel en heel veel grip. Ze gaan wat lastiger aan en uit dan sommige andere merken, maar deze zijn daarintegen dus echt warm. Had ook de Thermo-Tech wanten gekocht, en die zijn echt absurd. Mijn handen bleven gewoon droog! Behalve dan van het zweten, dus die bewaar ik even voor als het echt heel koud is.
De broek was precies de juiste maat, maar moet ik nog in het water proberen. De temperaturen gaan langzaam wel die kant op. Kan dan meteen met het vest als ik de vervanging binnen heb.
Lang verhaal kort. Super tevreden met de klantenservice! En de maattabellen op de Zone3 website kloppen. Maar mocht je toch twijfelen, gewoon even mailen.

Although I had a problem with the product -I had a really horrible allergic reaction, I cannot fault the customer service and the desire to understand and resolve the matter as efficiently and pleasantly as possible. It hasn't put me off using or recommending Zone 3

Just great customer care and responsiveness
Over the past couple of days I have been in contact with Zone3, the first time asking for help and guidance about a wetsuit, and the second time regarding clarification about my subsequent order ( I had mis-typed my own email address!)
Both times the response from Kelsie was rapid, friendly, polite, very helpful and spot on in terms of what I was seeking.

Great range of Wetsuits for all sizes.
Very pleased with the Advanced ladies wetsuit. They come in various sizes but if buying from a Stockist (such as Cotswolds Outdoor) check the sizing on the Z3 website - these are the correct ones. Customer services post sale is also excellent and they are take things seriously. Well done.

ZONE3 Neoprene Neopren gerissen
Hallo, habe eine ZONE3 Neoprene Buoyancy Auftriebshose bei Tradeinn im letzten Jahr gekauft. Passform gut.
Jetzt nach der Winterpause festgestellt, das die Neoprenbeschichtung an mehreren Stellen im Bereich der Nähte eingerissen ist. Eine Reklamatioen bei Tradeinn wurde nach Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller abgelehnt und mir ein Reparatur mit Neoprenkleber angeraten.
Ich habe einen 20 Jahre alten Surfanzug und auch einen 4 Jahre alten Shorty, die ich genauso handhabe, beide sind immer noch einwandfrei ohne Schäden. ich würde mir die Schwimmhose nicht wieder kaufen.
Hier die Nachricht von Tradeinn: da dies Material extrem reissanfällig ist, muss es mit äusserster Sorgfalt gehandhabt werden, weshalb auch KEINE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG oder GARANTIE bei ÜBERDEHNUNG UND EINREISSEN besteht. (Sie können die Anweisungen zur korrekten Handhabung des von Ihnen gekauften Artikels auf der Produktwebsite nachlesen, indem Sie dort auf `Handbuch´ klicken.) Wir können Ihrem Antrag zur Rücksendung daher nicht stattgeben sondern Ihnen nur empfehlen, den Schaden mit Neoprenkleber (`neoprene glue´) zu reparieren, womit hervorragende Ergebnisse erzielt werden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
Aktuallisierung:
heute, 28.04.2025, habe ich direkt von Zone3 eine neue Badehose kostenlos zugesandt bekommen. Top Service! Danke.
Diesen Service hätte ich allerdings auch von Tradeinn erwartet. jetzt kann das Training wieder weitergehen!!
