I ordered a tow float
I ordered a tow float, paid for next day delivery at £7.99, it came two days later. Messaged Huub and heard nothing. When I went to blow it up, it had a leaky valve. I then had to hire one at the lake for £7. Really poor quality item and will be returned shortly.

My wetsuit came with a split in the seam. I contacted them to request a refund, which they agreed to and gave me a link to follow to obtain a QR Code to return this. When I followed this up I just get a message saying “ineligible for refund”. Considering I paid over £150 for this, and haven’t even worn it, it literally has the tags attached I am so upset!!!! To add insult to injury, I have called their contact number atleast 10 times with no joy, you CANNOT get through to a physical human!!!!!! I have sent multiple emails with my phone number asking them to call me, I am at a loss….. I had really high hopes for this brand and now I’m over £150 short and still don’t have a wetsuit for my tri , genuinely just gutted, don’t let this happen to you!!

Agesis x wetsuit
I think the wetsuit is really good, I was kept warm enough to swim in the lake. I would give this 5 stars but I find the zip really frustrating! Would be good if perhaps you did the suit with and without the quick release zip. I can see its usefulness for triathlons but for simple long swims ….
