Fabulous dress and fabulous service! Couldn’t be easier to do and great way to have a gorgeous dress for a special occasion. Have already recommended to lots of friends.

Great service, really useful to be able to trial a product and understand the sizing in water rather than just on dry land. This was invaluable to me then purchasing the correct size. Really helpful customer service and swift delivery.

I really like this option of renting a dress, because sometimes you only need it for a few hours, and it’s such a big help that you can wear it and then send it back. As for the quality of the clothes—always superior, perfect, beautiful. Thank you, Oh Polly!

What a game changer. I had 4 weddings all very close together. Whilst I will reuse dresses season to season. I couldn’t when the weddings are days apart. Buying 4 new dresses wasn’t an option financially. Renting via zoa was the perfect solution. I got to wear a stunning Nobody’s Child dress for a fraction of the cost.
The whole process could not have been any easier and any more smooth. I definitely will be using again and again.

Loved the jumpsuit I rented, was perfect for my 21st birthday! came early, was an easy process to return. the one little thing I could comment on was one of the zips were extremely fiddly and it wouldn’t zip up properly. Apart from that amazing!!

Overpriced "service"
I received the item. It was about 2 sizes too small although I had sized up already.
I paid £27 to try on a garment and recieved £13 back after returning it.
When I contacted their customer sevice it was already hinted at in the response that they would not refund me:"I can confirm once you have returned your order unworn with the ribbon attached, we will issue your refund minus the combined delivery and processing fees."
I was not aware before that there would be "processing fees".
It sounded simple and I am happy to pay for a good service, but this is not a good service.

This was so easy! The only tricky bit was deciding the size of wetsuit to hire but I sized up and it was perfect. Arrived the day before I had requested it to, return was so easy. Was a bit pricey but the wetsuit was really good quality so I think it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The wet suit rental is a great idea. Used it for the second year running now. The yulex suits are great and it’s super easy. When choosing a return date it’s worth adding an extra day to make sure the wetsuit is dry though as they take about 2 days to dry properly.

Fantastic idea to hire something that you may only use once a year.
My girls looked amazing in their wetsuits and said they were way more comfortable than your ‘standard’ wetsuit!

Renting a dress is the best thing to ever be invented. You spend all that money on a dress to only wear it once so the fact you can pay only a fraction of the price to wear it then send it back is really amazing. The return process is super easy as well, especially with providing the return label! Thank you Oh Polly! I will continue to rent dresses❤️

My birthday dress was sent earlier than expected and it was in perfect condition, only issue was the postal service used but not zoa’s fault hence the 5 stars!!! definitely recommend
