Zero Car Anmeldelser

Very easy pickup and return, and the car was brand new. The service desk is available 24/7.

Our Zero Cars experience was great! We picked up the car easily in Reykjavík city centre and even had an upgrade! The drop off at the airport was seamless too. The car was extremely clean and a joy to drive. Would highly recommend Zero Cars and would definitely use them again.

The online rental process was quick.
The car was brand new and totally clean.
It was easy to pick it up and drop off.

I liked the easy pickup and dropoff process, even if it took a moment to find the correct location. The car was in good condition and cleaned before handover. The price is very fair (by Icelandic standards). Staff is very friendly. I also liked the extra e-mails to give us a heads-up about an upcoming weather warning!
My biggest complaint is that we rented a 4x4 car to be flexible in regards to offroading, but didn't know that we would receive a hybrid that could not be used for river-crossing. That honestly defeated the purpose of getting a 4x4 and we might have opted for a cheaper option otherwise.

Super easy pick-up and drop-off. When we had an issue, very quick replies, and great customer service. Worth the price for a careless drive around Iceland.

The service was simple to book, well organized pick-up and drop-off and the company provides useful tips about the rental.

I also enjoyed the informative blog about rental, driving and general information about Iceland!

Simple booking and very easy pick up. Somewhat difficult to find the office on the airport but once you know the way it's very close to the terminal. We got a much better car than we booked free of charge.

The car was in great condition!

Everything went well, car and service have been perfect and the overall experience was extremly positive

Expérience parfaite
Bonne communication avec l'agence !!
Instructions claires
Pick up et drop off impeccables!!
Dacia 4x4 usagée mais confortable et fiable !
Je recommande sans problème !

Simple process if you follow their directions in the several communications you will receive. I booked on line (simple), felt comfortable with my decision (insured everything), and found the process easy (first time booking a car in Iceland). Car selection was accurately filled and the vehicle was in good condition, had very low miles, all systems worked, and we showroom clean. Check-in / check-out process was easy, again, the information and directions are sent directly to your email, nothing was missed.

Drove a few hundred kilometers, all without issue, thankfully as driving in Iceland can be an adventure in its own way. Filling up was easy, and there are gas stations very near the airport for retuning the car with a full tank of gas.

Price was very competitive, if not lower, than others but I went with Zero as the amount of positive reviews was noteworthy!

Could not have been happier.
Thank you Zero!

The experience was fantastic, with the check-in process completed entirely online and a completely contactless vehicle pickup. Although the car had relatively high mileage, it performed very well and caused no problems or concerns throughout the rental period. The return process was also extremely efficient, with a quick drop-off and no inspection required, since everything was covered under the rental agreement.

The processes for booking, picking up, and returning the car are very easy. Full insurance is now standard for all rentals, providing peace of mind and eliminating the need for inspections.

Zaro car had really easy pick up and drop off. We didnt have any damage to our car during the trip and the car was super reliable. I would rent from Zero again!

Perfect company. No problem at all

Perfect organisation with pick up this car, insurance

The Dacia Duster was brand new (3500km on clock). Average consumption was 6l/100km, very acceptable. Benzine car (cheaper than diesel in Iceland).
Car had Android Auto, Cruise Control etc.
Was equipped with All Season tires for summer months, works well in Iceland!

We rented two cars with Zero Car Rental and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The cars were modern, new and very well maintained, which made driving across Iceland feel safe and comfortable the entire time. As someone who always reads the terms and conditions carefully, I really appreciated how clear and transparent everything was.

With many other companies, important conditions are hidden in small print, but here everything was easy to understand, which gave me full confidence to book two cars. We spent 10 days driving the Ring Road in Iceland with 8 friends and it was an absolutely amazing trip. The cars were reliable, the whole process was smooth, and we could fully focus on enjoying the stunning scenery. I highly recommend Zero Car Rental to anyone planning a trip to Iceland.

Thank you, and once again: thank you!
