Zero Car Anmeldelser

Extremely convenient service. Instructions were clear and staff was very helpful when we had issues. Would recommend to anyone visiting Iceland.

It was easy to make a reservation and there was a variety of cars available. I liked the full insurance coverage so I had peace of mind while driving the car. When we got to Iceland we realized we needed a bigger car to fit our luggage and the staff was very attentive. The representative provided 2 alternatives and allowed us to go look at the cars to see which we thought would be best. We ended up choosing the RAV4. It was quick to process the change of vehicle. Great customer service experience! Drop off couldn’t be easier - just drop and go.

the customer service was really kind and helpful, both on arrival and drop-off. the suzuki vitara we rented was a great car to drive through iceland winter roads. i'll definitely recommend Zero Cars to friends and family

The staff helped me with the Bluetooth connection problem and solved everything. Car is clean and the condition are good. I enjoyed the drive a lot!

Everything was smooth, the car was perfectly clean. This is exactly the kind of experience you'd like to have when visiting Iceland.

Excellent from start to finish! The communication was clear and well timed prior to collection, and we felt reassured by the zero excess. The pick up was seamless, we were initially a bit uncertain about not dealing with a person but it was actually great! After an early flight we just wanted to crack on. The car was excellent, no issues. We got a small chip on the windscreen at some point and just mentioned this to the staff at the airport on drop off. ‘Thank you for letting us know’ they said - no dramas, fuss free, excellent experience and we would 100% recommend and use them again if we were lucky enough to visit Iceland again.

Easy+quick rental car pick-up and drop-off process. Booking process went smooth and prices were lower than other car rentals including insurance. Additionally there are perks for fuel and sightseeing where one could save some money. Car was clean and in a proper condition. Highly recommended.

My family and I rent cars in different countries several times a year, and renting from Zero Car was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience we've ever had. Picking up the keys and returning the car were both seamless. There were no deposits of any kind, and no requirement to wash the car before returning it. The car was new, had very low mileage, and was exceptionally clean. Everything was flawless.

We had a great experience renting a car with Zero car. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, from pick-up to drop-off. The car was almost new (4000 km), clean, and exactly as described. Everything went according to plan. We would happily rent from them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Iceland.

I rented two cars from Zero Car for our recent trip to Iceland and was extremely satisfied from start to finish. The online booking process was very simple, with clear pricing and no hidden extras. All insurance was included as advertised, which gave us a lot of peace of mind on Icelandic roads.Picking up and returning the cars in Reykjavik was quick and straightforward. The staff on site were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our vehicles were in excellent condition, very clean, and technically well equipped for an Iceland road trip, including driving on gravel roads and in changing weather. Overall, Zero Car delivered exactly what they promise: a hassle‑free rental with full coverage and no unpleasant surprises. I will happily choose them again on a future visit to Iceland.

Everything was excellent! Great communication, fast respond to e-mails and kind personel.

Great car, great customer service ,great pick up and great drop in.

Great car with great gas mileage.

We had a great experience with zero rental… walk right out of the airport on a short walk to the zero car rental, no waiting for a transfer. Our keys were in a lockbox and away we went. The drop off was just as easy. We drove up to zero car rental and dropped the keys inside and away we went, a short walk back to the airport! We will for sure use zero again.

Easy! No queues, clear, quick car pick Up., trustable .. i totally recommend this company.

Easiest pickup and dropoff for a rental car ever! Car was also in great condition. Prices similar to other companies. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with it while exploring Iceland.

Really fast and convenient check in and check out. The vehicle is also in good condition. Very detailed guidance and instructions before rental. The fully covered insurance make the trip safe and relaxing. If the ac charger cable for PHEV is equipped or can be selected as an option, that would be better. :)
