One of the best car rental experiences I have had traveling abroad! The pickup and drop off process can be fully automated depending on your arrival/departure times, but, even when in person, this was by far the fastest transaction I have ever had. Efficiency is the name of the game and that was highly appreciated and the biggest highlight for us. Car was also in immaculate condition and the full coverage insurance they provide just makes things even easier and hassle free for the customer, so I could not recommend enough!

No queues. Just walk in, open a box, grab the keys and drive away! Same with drop off, park the car, drop off the keys, and go get your flight. No concerns about identifying blemishes etc. The vehicle itself was probably only a few weeks old. Highly recommend.

Very easy process and car pickup. The car was great.

The pick up was absolutely seamless. Happened thru the box as a self service. Every communication was sent timely as described per guidelines in the website. During our rental we had a small light issue but the company arranged a garage visit for us and after 30 minutes we were all set. The only important note here is that the help line of the company is open till 18. After that time the only way in case of any car issue is national help provider. The drop off was also easy and didn’t take more than 3min. I can totally recommend the service.

Easy rental process and all-in pricing including insurance was very helpful. Pick-up and return also easy but it was a bit difficult to find the car when picking up as well as finding the location of the lot. Signage could have been a bit better. Price was good, the vehicle was satisfactory.

Overall, it was a fine experience. The car was clean and got us around the island, and the staff were friendly. I also liked how convenient it was to book, pick up, and drop off. My only 2 complaints are: (1) We booked a Toyota RAV4 and got a Kia Sportage, which I don’t really consider equivalent, and (2) The gas intake on the car was busted; the nozzle would jump out as soon as we started pumping, meaning we had to guess how much to pump every time.

Can definitely recommend, everything is handled online, no waiting in line at the airport, no need for credit card. The cars are not super new but that was not an issue for me.
