Zero Car Anmeldelser

booked zerocar for a week's drive around Iceland's ring road. the whole process was seamless, fast and very worth the value! Cars were in tip top condition as well. Furthermore, we encountered some parking payment issues, and they were very efficient in responding to us by email. Highly recommend!

The entire process was really easy- pick up, driving around iceland, drop off. I felt good about having the full coverage and wasn't worried while driving on dirt roads. The car was great, a smooth drive.

good car, convenient service

The easiest, fastest end most efficient pick up and drop off I’ve ever had.
Even if the car we got wasn’t exactly the one we selected and the wheels were too slippery for Iceland’s wet weather, I still recommend this company

Easy, quick service and pretty new car.

Fue fácil y rápida tanto la recogida como la entrega, todo sin problemas y sencillo. El coche iba perfecto.

The car, un Dacia Bigster (the same i have booked) was in excelent conditions. No surprises during the trip to Landmannaugar end the tour complete in the island (almost 3k km). The model was a good choice for this trip in family. Pick-up and drop-off easy and fast.

Todo perfecto. Recogida sin personal y devolución con personal rapidísimo. Nos dieron un coche superior al contratado inicialmente. Sin duda repetiríamos si volviéramos a Islandia.

Excellent interaction with customer service post ordering to clarify and refine things. Car was OK. No worries about extra charges. Zero hassle rent and return

We had a perfect experience renting a car in Iceland! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we had absolutely no problems. The car was great, the service was excellent, and everything was exactly as expected. We would definitely rent from you again and highly recommend your service!

Car was great, almost like new
Easy to get to from airport (5 min walk)
Staff great, informative, organised. Easy process
No hassles or ridiculous pics / videos of car before & after etc
Best car rental experience I’ve had by a considerable margin
Highly recommended company

The car was in a great condition. The online booking and payment process went smoothly as well. Picking up and retirning the car was quick and easy, too

Easiest and best overall experience of renting a car anywhere end-to-end

Zero Car Rental was super easy from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and straightforward, and the car was clean, full of fuel, and ready to go.

The only part I struggled with was finding the correct airport parking lot at pickup, but to be fair, I had just gotten off a long overnight flight and was exhausted. Once I found it, everything else was very easy.

I’d definitely rent from Zero again.

The process was very simple and the car worked well during our time in Iceland. I would 100% rent from Zero Car again if we are lucky enough to make a return trip to Iceland. I liked that everything was included by default so there was no guessing whether you had the right coverage or not.

Es war alles perfekt, schneller und unkomplizierter Service, freundliche Hilfe bei Problemen, alles super organisiert, werde ich allen empfehlen, die nach Island wollen. Und das Auto war auch wunderbar. Herzliche Grüße, Jana

Pick up was extremly easy. Stuff was friendly. The car was in very good condition. No problem at all.

Easy pickup and drop off. Did not have to wait in long lines at the airport. Cheaper than most car rental places and the car ran fine.

Hassle free experience. Quick pick-up at the airport and really competitive rental price

Booking and picking up your car at the airport is super easy
