Zero Car Anmeldelser

Getting a rental was extremely easy. It was my first time renting a car in a foreign country. Process was very simple. I booked it online and filled the forms. Had some issues with paying online due to 3rd party verification but that was resolved when I arrived to pick up a car. Took full insurance which was absolutely necessary since our windshield got a crack from a small pebble that hit us. We rented 2WD automatic KIA Stonic. Car was clean and easy to use. Return was a breeze. We just parked the car where we were told to and dropped the keys off. I definitely recommend this company. Price was typical for Iceland but less then other car rental companies that we checked out.

Amazingly well-run car rental operation, especially in terms of self-check-in and getting exactly the car I booked; lots of helpful info upfront; everything clearly explained

This was our second experience with Zero and it was just as great as the first time. Picking up the car is super easy and fast. The first time we had a used Dacia Duster that was ok if you want a 4x4 at a good price. This time we knew that we wouldn't need a 4x4 so we choose a medium sized SUV for better comfort, got a BYD Seal and we loved it!

We are so happy we used Zero Car for our Iceland trip. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. We were able to use the self service pickup and only had to turn in the keys when we dropped off. It was smooth and hassle free! The car was clean and worked perfectly too. It was nice not worrying about damage or mileage put on the car. We will definitely rent from Zero Car if we ever visit Iceland again!

Top Service. Kein Warten oder anstehen. Check-In mit Schlüssel box und Check-out mit 5 freundlichen Worten. Noch nie so entspannt ein Auto gemietet. Top.

Genuinely excellent - the right car was delivered (was worried about it saying "or similar"), it worked great and was in new condition, and a complete zero headache service. Easy pick up and drop off. Had the car for 7 days. Great company thank you

Дуже хороша компанія, де все включено і ні про що не треба хвилюватися. Рекомендую.

Great experience! Super easy pick up and drop off. First time in a KIA and it was a wonderful little car to tour us around the country!

Painless experience, from reservation, to picking the car up (basically just take the key and leave!!, everything needed can be done beforehand online, wish all rental companies were like this), to handing the car away.

I've rented cars all over Europe, Africa and North America. This was by far the best experience ever. Extremely easy booking and pick-up process. Zero gives very clear and transparent information during the process. I booked a used Dacia Duster model to save costs and indeed got an older car with 180K driven kilometers on the engine. However, the car was great! We had no issues at all. The car handled our 3000+ km trip in 12 days extremely well. I liked having the insurance that covers everything, and it's all in one price. Especially in Iceland, you never know what happens, so you have nothing to worry about. Zero might not be the cheapest, but the price is competitive, the booking and pick-up process are a breeze, the insurance covers everything you need and you get a great car. I will definitely choose Zero again! Don't hesitate to choose Zero!

Seamless pick up and drop off. No hidden charges or add ons. Car was immaculate and I could not fault a single thing. Would 100% recommend this company and will use them again when we return to Iceland.

The booking process and both the pick up and drop off processes were easy and convenient. We got a free upgrade and could therefore do the whole Ring Road Trip with a super cool automatic, hybrid Hyundai Tucson. Overall great experience with Zero Car, I would highly recommend it!

Everything was ok, zero hustle, zero problems Like the Zero Car is :)
Easy pick up easy drop off
Car was Perfect, we have nade over 2000 km
Next time for sure we take a car from Zero Car / Blue Car

Car was clean. Key was delivered non contact. Everything work just find. I really recommend Zero car for car rental service.

One of the easiest and by far the most pleasant collection and drop off processes I’ve ever experienced. The car was much higher specification than I was expecting and was a dream to drive.
The out of hours, digital drop box/safe for key collection is really clever and useful.

Everything was smooth and transparent starting from booking to return. It was very easy to get in touch with the customer service. Special shoutout to their staff in helping out with an issue with our data cable and providing an extra one from their side.

Alles is zeer vlot verlopen. Een echte aanrader om voor u reis in Ijsland.

Super easy to rent, get the car and return it. Had no problems at all and no extra fees.
