great price until you see the shipping price (the shipping costs more than the items)
the figures I had ordered are amazing don't get me wrong, but the shipping to canada IS SO EXPENSIVE! the shipping costed more than the actual order which is insane. shipping shouldn't have costed that much.

We are always trying to find the most cost efficient way of sending any order to customers, but it can sometimes become more expensive than desired. This often depends on the size and weight of the item and also of course what shipping companies have decided to charge for those sizes and weights. While we can't directly affect what shipping companies charge, if you do think that the shipping cost is abnormally high for an item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Asked me to prepaid the VAT for…
Asked me to prepaid the VAT for importing the item to my country. However never attach the hard copy of the detail payment (which show I already pre-paid the VAT). When the item arrived at my country. The forwarder asked me to pay for the VAT again. Contacted the customer support which the reply to me that the prepaid VAT detail has been forwarded to the forwarder electronically & asks me to settle with forwarder. Without the hard copy of the payment detail. How can I settle with the forwarder???

Great japanese Products at affordable prices
I got a product that was not available in european stores and got the express delivery. Within a week my package had passed customs and was delivered to me. I also had to pay the consumer tax upfront.

Awful customer service
I placed an order using express shipping, after over a week of my order not moving I reached out to the company to check in on it. It took me reaching out 5 different times in 3 different forms to get a response. When I did finally get a response, the person who responded was rude, condescending, and acted as though my presence alone was a chore. Absolutely the worst and most hateful customer service I’ve ever encountered.
*reply to zenplus* I also “asked a question” multiple times on the order page of your website. I’m sorry if you think what you read was kind and courteous customer service, but you can see from the handful of quite a few complaints on Facebook that at least currently, not only your customer service is lacking but also your quality. Far too many of your boars either shipped WAY late, still haven’t shipped, or shipped with quality issues. I stand by what I said, the response I got from social media was fine. The email was borderline as nice as they had to be to “do their job”.

We are aware of capacity issues and working on doing better. Before the end of the year we are moving to a new warehouse and shipping center that will improve our capacity at peak times, such as when the boar plushies you mention are released and many customers order on the same day, for example.
At the same time we are in contact with the sellers - your feedback will surely be shown to the seller of the boar plushies - and we will encourage them to improve on anything they can.
We are also working with our customer support to be both faster to reply and give customers the information they ask for in the best possible way.

Everything as advertised
There is a very wide range of items that you can order, which is awesome. Do keep in mind that the shipping costs are calculated by weight, so if you order some books (like I did) it can become expesive quite quickly. That aside everything went as was advertised. The items were gathered and I was notified when one item was no longer in stock. The price was then properly reduced, both for the item itself as well as for the shipping.
The way it was packaged was almost an art. Every item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and the box in which it was put was a perfect size for the order with almost zero chance of anything moving around. As a result everything arrived perfectly.
It does take some time, but I'm very happy that I discovered Zenplus and I will most defenitely order again in the future!

Amazing!
All in all the experience was great! The product is very fluffy and squishable. It is very well made with very good quality. Customer Service answered my questions within a day and were very friendly and helpful. My product arrived after 2 weeks with one day delay. The tracking worked just fine.
I will definetly order at ZenPlus again!

大満足です。
LOUIS VUITTONのバッグを留学している娘に買って送ったのですが思ったよりも早く届いたので、とても助かりました。写真と同じように綺麗な商品が届いたと娘も喜んでたので、とても満足しています。また、梱包もしっかりしてました。

Placed an order on the 27th of December and expected delays, since Japan takes a bit of an extended break around the new year, but they got back to me with shipping confirmation by the 4th of January. The tracking updates ceased once it got to Osaka the next day, so I figured it was still in Japan. Then 2 weeks later it just arrived at my doorstep in Australia. Well packed and in perfect condition.
So the only gripe I'd have would be in regard to lack of handover tracking; if I had received an updated number, I would have had a better idea of where the parcel was and when it would have arrived. Anyway, totally legit service and you get what you pay for.
