First, I have to say that it was great to find a source for a truly Japan centric item. Their ordering process was smooth, communication sufficient and delivery exceeded promise. Well worth any premium paid for ordering in the US. It saved me a flight back.

Don't be discouraged by recent negative reviews since it was the holidays (busy days) so the shipping would logically take a little while. This is my second time buying from Zenplus and I'm really so grateful because is a really good place to get your stuff from Japan.
I wanted to buy two items but one was not available in the page, however as long as there is new Dabi merch I will always come back♡

Ordering and checking out was simple and fast. The package arrived about a week fast than I was expecting from Japan.

Worst part is that it takes a little longer to get your stuff (if you live in a different country, in my case Denmark) but that is still so worth the wait once you get your package! I ordered on december 6th - and I had actually expected the delivery to take about a month, so I'm very pleasantly surprised!
And I love the prepaid taxes!

I have always received exceptional customer service from ZenPlus. My daughter collects Shinada Global plush and we’ve used them on many occasions. Yesterday I messaged them with a concern and they went over and above for me to make sure I receive my daughter’s Christmas gifts on time. Got free shipping on a bunch of items from a specific source so I tried it out, the crackers came in completely pulverized but they were pretty tasty. I'd order again if there was free shipping, but I wish more items were offered.

I purchased 2 plushies on November 28th from Zenplus, thinking it would be plenty of time to get here for Christmas as they're a gift for my daughter (she REALLY wants them). I waited a few days and messaged the company asking when my order will ship and explaining how I need it for Christmas. I got a reply saying that they're currently in the process of moving warehouses and it would not ship until the earliest Dec 7th and that there's a very good chance it would NOT arrive in time for xmas, and that there's only a 2 hour window after placing your order that you can cancel the order, after the 2 hrs cancelation is impossible! I have NEVER experienced this before, normally as long as its not Shipped you can cancel. I have messaged them 2 more times but no reply in 5 days! I'm freaking out. I paid almost $20 for standard shipping which apparently
takes "several weeks. "I would be willing to pay the difference for express shipping if they would bother to message me back! I don't have the money this time of year to buy more in time and this is a very important gift. Please do not buy from this company they are shady, unethical. I paid through PayPal so I will try to go through them next since zenplus is not messaging me back..please, be warned, I wish I had been. Hopefully I can warn the people that need to hear this.

First time purchasing initially had me feeling doubtful but after receiving the package I can say that shopping with zenplus was an enjoyable, easy experience. Zenplus is really simple website ui and checkout and one of the few places to find authentic Nicker poster color goods, brushes and paper. Some items are prohibited from shipping internationally (maybe flammability risk?) which I'm bummed about but I'm grateful to finally get the art products that I do have access to. I was always confused how to use zenmarket so finding zenplus was a lifesaver for me. I can shop on zenplus with confidence and would 100% recommend to others, especially if you're interested in using poster colors as a medium. I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing more art supplies from zenplus in the future.

It's a really good website and it feels very trustworthy. It's taking a very long time to get my package, but I'm reassured because it gave me a tracking number, the phone number for which facility the package is currently in, and it tells me how long it should take. Plus it told me that the ZenPlus warehouse is moving so it may cause some shipping delays. It's very informative

It was the only place I could find this Linda Ronstadt Atlantic City Casuno 2CD from 1984. It is very difficult to find these type of Cds as 2 major sellers of these products no longer exist. BTW there was complete tracking throughout the entire process. They did an outstanding job and I would be happy to purchase from them again but haven't seen anything lately that I want. Was also kind of them to send coupon for 500 JPY for next purchase.

I was looking for the aroma milk lotion online and found it on here at a decent price. They ship quickly and packaged it with care. Definitely check them out! ^_^
