If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My brass shower and two faucets never arrived. I reached out asking them to go ahead and cancel my order after they lied over and over about being shipped. They did cancel my order, but never refunded me my $1300. They refused to do so after several attempts on my end. I got my bank involved and its been an absolute headache ever since.

Zayian worked with us to resolve an issue
In April, I ordered a sink. It was not as expected but Zayian worked with me for a solution that would work for both of us. The sinks ordered are beautiful. Only downfall is timing if you are in a hurry due to shipping. If not in a hurry these sinks are beautiful and worth the wait.

The size you ordered is different from the one shown in the main listing image, which may have caused some confusion in appearance. As part of our process, we usually send photos of each piece before shipping to ensure everything is approved, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
Please note this sink is fully handcrafted by artisans, not machine-made. Because of this, each piece has slight variations and a more artistic character, but it remains true to the design shown in the listing.

False advertising shows a picture of a product on Pinterest with 3 different component and a price that you thought you purchased it for, then it turns out if you read the fine print each of the three options added together trippel the price

We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the listing options. However, this was not false advertising. As shown on the product page, the items were listed as separate selectable options, and the option selected at checkout was for the first individual item only, not the complete set shown in the inspiration photo.
The full set includes multiple handmade components, and unfortunately it would not be possible for the full collection to be sold at the price of a single item. We always recommend checking the selected variation and description before completing the purchase, as each option is priced separately.

A beautiful copper shower head
The copper shower head is beautiful! Up dated tracking would be nice. Tracking showed my package in transit when in fact it was delivered! No problem. I love the shower head and would buy again from Zayian.

Ordered 8/26, still hasn't been shipped to US as of 9/22
I placed an order on August 26th, and the product still hasn't been shipped to the US. I've followed up several times over email to ascertain shipping status, and the product is still in Morocco as of September 22nd. If the product was going to take this long to be delivered, the lead time should have been represented as such upfront.
