Guys, these faucets and fixtures take a while to arrive, but when they do, you will see just why, and also understand the quality in which they are made. I orderd mine back in June, and when they didnt ship for a long time I became discouraged. But when they arrived, I was blown away by just how nice these are. These are not your home improvement store contractor specials, these are solid high quality brass. Heavy to the feel, and definetly hand cast and made. If you are looking for some very high end faucets look no further. I cannot state enough how nice these are. I would order again and wait a year if I had to. Ive never seen anything like them sold in any store here in the US. You will not be disappointed.

i am changing my reviews because even though my chandelier took 6 weeks to come it was worth waiting for it is gorgeous to all who may buy from this company rest assured they are honest but expect to wait a very long time so if you need it in a hurry dont purchase if you can wait be free to buy

I was so excited to order this product for a renovation for a home that I was working on in Tennessee. From the inception of ordering, there was lack of communication, then lack of follow-through, and ultimately the product arrived too late. When the faucet did arrive, in my opinion, it was very poorly manufactured . One of the handles is very smooth, and the other one is very rigid. None of the finishes match, although I realize it’s unlacquered brass, some is smooth and some is not. The quality is just not there. I’m very disappointed as I waited roughly 6 to 7 weeks for the product. Ultimately, I had to order something else as this in my opinion was unusable and would not elevate my design at all.

The product is great. I was unaware that the product was handmade upon order and therefore was not aware of the time between order and delivery. This was frustrating but I appreciated the communication during this process.

Good looking light fixture but awful communication. I reached out a couple times for updates, was told it would ship in a couple days only for a couple weeks to pass. Ultimately I ended up finishing our project before the light showed up, tried to cancel the order but despite this it was still sent so now I've got to figure out what to do with it.

We came across ZAYIAN and feel in love with what we saw on their site. We are thinking about purchasing other items from them, so we stared off small with the Hammered Brass Wall Shelf – Handmade Unlacquered Floating Bathroom Rack.
When it arrived from Morocco, it was in very secure packing. We opened our wood crate and behold - an absolutely stunning piece! The handcrafted hammered brass has beautiful texture along with a unique character. The weight of the shelf is very solid.
We are looking forward to having this piece in our newly remolded home. And we will be coming back for more. Thank you ZAYIAN teams!

I only received half of the order. I ordered a sink with faucets. I got a sink no faucet. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times regarding my concerns and have never received a call back or a response to my emails. I’m not sure the company is even real concerned that could be fraud.

The product is absolutely beautiful. The communication timely. I would definitely order from this company again.

Ordered several curtain rods and custom shower rod March 12. Supposed to take 2 weeks to ship and they keep lying that it has been shipped and will give me tracking soon. I have reached out multiple times over the months with lies every time. I have asked to cancel my purchase and they say Oh we shipped that today or already. Credit card dispute opened and then finally refunded. AVOID!!!

The product came early and they handled a tricky delivery site well, and faucet was well packed in small crate to protect it. I think it looked exactly like the online photo, very beautiful, and it was heavy brass and of good quality. I’m very happy and would order from them again.

Ordered several custom items in March. Never shipped, never delivered. Terrible communication. Finally had credit card reverse charges. Order at your own risk.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I found this company on social media via Pinterest and was fully ready to wait a month for my brass kitchen sink which is why I ordered it on March 21st for an April 21st renovation start date. They assured me that I would receive this item before the end of April and likely before that. In early May when I hadn't received the item yet and the international shipping company they use (Amarex who also has horrendous reviews) only showed one status update on April 27th saying it was in Morocco. Since then it has just said "in transit" for a month now. Their customer service is either slow to respond or they just lie about where my item is and when I'll receive it. They said 2 days ago it was in New York but my tracking number didn't reflect that. Th next day they confirmed it was handed off to FedEx but when I called FedEx directly they assured me they definitely did not have my package. My entire kitchen is unusable because we can't cut the countertops without the sink and my appliances can't go in without my countertops so I'm in an awful stalemate and spending a fortune on takeout in the midst of a renovation. Horrendous experience please use a reputable seller on Etsy with close to 5 star reviews and stay away from this seller. I just started a dispute with my credit card company who knows if I'll ever see my money back or if this item will ever be delivered.

Good quality products, but you'd need to contact the vendor to verify and confirm all the details like exact size and realistic shipping time as it can take longer than advertised.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish and I still haven’t received the product I ordered. I ordered 2 months ago and finally got the shipment last week after they lied continuously about when it would ship. Then they shipped me a faucet and side sprayer so different from what appears online. The tap is different and the side sprayer is a different model. The side sprayer is faulty so the water sprays out even when the lever is not depressed, rendering it completely useless. I’m hoping to get some money back and order another side sprayer because dealing with them is totally fruitless. If I could give 0 stars I would.
