had a very bad experience with zari Kanya. The saree I received was of very poor quality. The colour was disappointing, and the fabric quality was much worse than I expected. The product did not meet my expectations at all. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this website to others. Please improve your product quality and ensure that customers receive products as shown on your website.

I ordered a saree on 13 sep and today its 10 oct and my order is not been shipped yet. And i have been following up with them over the whatsapp msg. They keep saying it will be delivered soon.

I am so tried of following up. They are not even giving my money back.

Very bad services they will sent you wrong daree firstly and then they can't even understand normal English so that we can exchange that they will just keep saying no return only exchange. When you ask them how to exchange they will reply no return only exchange and plus they want to communicate in English and don't want voice note

Zariknyaa sarees are looking so beautiful in the image. But in real the colours are dull. Materials varies.

Never trust this website, they are frauds and won't refund your money, and they don't reply you as well. For the return package you will have to bear all the money.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered sarees that were advertised as Silk, but I received a material that feels like rough paper tissue or sandpaper. It is completely unwearable and looks nothing like the pictures or descriptions on their website.

I initially ordered three sarees as a "test" because I planned to buy 10 more for a large family event. I am so glad I didn't place the full order. When I reached out for a refund, the customer service was highly unprofessional. They refused a monetary refund and only offered "store credit."

Why would I want a coupon to buy more poor-quality products?

This is a clear case of misrepresented goods. If you are looking for genuine silk or reliable quality, please stay away from this store.
