Don't buy any dress from here, poor quality and they don't refund amount if you return the order, fake website

I recently purchased an outfit from Peachmode expecting high quality given the ₹4,000 price tag. However, the product quality falls well short of expectations. The fabric and finishing feel quite average—honestly, it looks and feels like something you would buy for around ₹2,200 instead. While the design is decent, it is definitely overpriced for what you actually receive. I expected much better value for my money.

This is the worst company I have order in my life , if the product of the quality is not good they do not give you refund , you are really forced to buy other product as they give your return in as a gift card. It is our choice if we want to buy again or not , so it’s company right to give her handen money back

I want to know from Anupam Tulsyan and Aradhya Tulsyan what sort of bullshit policy you have , you are making customer fool

Very bad experience don’t order I ordered one saree it was not good so i put return but they told to send by courier i spent 280rs for sending then gift card gave then again I ordered 2 kurtas one was used and fully stained used product and very cheap quality they sent again i put return again they adkd to send by courier refund they wont send to originally sourced payment very very bad experience pl don’t order from this website

Worst customer service! dont buy from this company, they take your money, and than ignore emails whatsapp

This company is fraud, sent very cheap shabby product which i never ordered and paid for, and on top of that there is no response to any of my emails for a refund..never never trust them.

The company is fraud. It send complete different product and very cheap wuality products and dont reply to email for replacement and refund.

Peachmode customer support is a complete trap. They refunded me with a broken gift card that doesn’t work, and their automated chatbot has no options to fix it. Every time I ask to talk to a human agent, it just says 'no agent available.' You literally cannot get a hold of anyone. Worst experience ever. 🚫

They are fraud i paid 7500 and not received my order yet , there is no contact to the site too. This is a fraud site ...report to cyber crime

Bhai galti se bhai iski saree mat lega very poor quality, or agar aapne le liya to aapko payment return nahi karta hai ye aapko gift card details hai aapke jitne paise ka yani ki agar aapko agar isli saree pasand nahi aati hai to bhi aapko lena padega. I ordered the "Green Linen Cotton Saree Adorned with Vibrant Bandhani Prints and Breezy Texture.

First, I faced some difficulty getting the delivery from the courier company they selected.

Second, although I received the same green colored saree shown in the picture, there are noticeable differences in the actual product.
In the picture, the saree is green with white buttas, and the pallu design is also in white and green.
However, the one I received has a creamy color instead of white, and the pallu design is in cream and orange.
The blouse piece color also differs from what was shown in the picture.

While I have adjust to these changes, the biggest issue is that the tassels on the pallu are missing from the product. They give the saree its distinctive look in the picture, and their absence is very disappointing.

Totally not worth it your money will be struck and you will found your self in a loop of order and return.Ordered same piece twice but receive defective item .

This is fraud app, making the customers fool by their product image and the reality after receiving the product is so different, don't buy from it as it has no any refund policy. At the end you will not get the worth of your money. Very Bad app 😡😡

Peachy house is a fraud company.. they have sent a wrong item and that too a cheap pathetic cloth without any tags. Not replying to multiple emails sent by me for the return request either.
Now am considering of filing a complaint at consumer forum and also cyber crime cell.
All the best peach house team. Be answerable now to the public you have looted.

I recently orderd a saree, and quality was worst, and then I thought , return for this item, and they were not refunded money also told for more days to wait in place that they are saying to exchange item, money is non refundable. So.... Paisa bhi gaya bhi saman bhi gaya, dilasha dete hain. Mai bahut pareshan ho gayi pareshan kar diya is website ne, they are doing totally fraud with customer.

received defective saree. placed return request through their portal and email. reply received from their team as -

My point is, if they can deliver the product at the time of purchase, then why they face difficulty at the time of return.

It could have been better to visit some local store rather than buying it online from such scammer brand. later realised many buyers posted their negative reviews with worst experiences.
so, now my purchase goes straight to the dustbin and amount of that purchase to the scammers as charity.
