Worst prop firm they ever , I took and instant account on 4th March 2026 and on first day due a mistake from my end my account was violated and I was not eligible for payout but they let me trade for more 2 months and I made a profit of 11% on my 10k instant account and they rejected it but the main thing is i also did request a payout on 31st March and at that time my account was 5% up but it was rejected and they did a manual review as it's very after you request a payout, they just rejected it by saying only two violation on my account one is I was not following the consistency rule and other was 7 days profitable criteria but they never mentioned that another rule was violation and I'm not eligible any payout but when again I requested after following every rule made a profit of 11% which is 1100 dollars and then they rejected it saying i violated a rule on 4th March. They let me trade after 31st March and I made a good and they rejected it and kept the profit

so i ask them had you mail me regarding changing platforms then i would have kept screenshot,then they told contact DISCORD server and there they try to solve,
So think how they manipulating traders,for more confirmation regarding how bad their customer service i am going to show you some screenshots of my mailbox,
Unfortunately it is not possible,because on this window copy paste is not working,moreover they for the namesake provides WHATSAPP service on WHATSAPP also no one respond you.100% worst platform. If any one want more proof send your mail i will send you all my mail and WHATSAPP screenshots.
